“I actually prefer this location to the one near my house on Hwy 90 (which thoroughly sucks). This location though, usually has things in stock. They aren't exactly over friendly but not rude either. They are pretty quick. I will say that the drive through is efficient and usually fast. Especially compared to others. And I can't recall any mistakes with order, missing food, etc. Overall this location seems to hire competent people who do a better than average job.
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options are very limited and most Wendy's locations don't have employees who understand when you try to order items without meat. So fries, potatoes (which they are all out of often, salad minus the chicken. Yeah that's kinda it.“
“I am local and didn’t go to this Wendy’s for the longest time because it was absolutely terrible. They would be randomly closed during breakfast hours but would clearly be inside and drive thru speaker would leave you hanging plus they were always out of everything . I was desperate and went last week and noticed service and food was a lot better. I went again today and it again was great service and food. There was a new manager at the window seems he is trying to turn the place around and seems he is doing a good job. I am so happy we love Wendy’s.“
“The guy in front of us in line was being very rude to several different associates over a very insignificant mixup. They all treated him respectfully and handled the situation gracefully, even though he didn't reciprocate that kindness.“
“I come to this Wendy’s sometimes on my lunch break and the food is always perfect. The fries I’m eating rn are so fresh. Today the employee that helped me at the window went above and beyond by checking for the pumpkin kids meal toy for me to complete my children’s set. The one by my house would never. 13/10. Thank you so much for being kind.“
