not sure who is responsible for training the new guy but maybe some pictures of what a cappuccino blast is supposed to look like would be helpful. The water consistency large expensive drink I was just served surely isn't what I have had in the past at other locations. Unfortunately the traffic is too crazy to go back and I wouldn't want to upset him more than he already was when asking someone else how to make it.
Great customer service
I wasn't very happy with this place. It seemed like the employees were doing a lot more talking than working but, maybe I went in on an off day or something. It's terrible for anyone who is working for door dash or Uber delivery because they do not communicate with customers when they are out of items. You get stuck with driving all of the way down there for nothing, communicating with the customer yourself, and then you are forced to cancel if you want to keep moving forward...read full review
