Went through this drive through a few days ago and it was pouring rain. We had to pull forward and someone had to bring us out our food and drinks IN the rain. God bless yall.
Drove away and on N Rhett waiting to do a u-turn and here comes the same guy running towards our car with the biscuits they forgot. HE RAN ACROSS N RHETT AVE to give us our biscuits. Customer service 10/10 this man deserves a raise

Fries are never hot here...
So tired of placing asking you to pull forward when no one is behind you. Your times are not my problem. It’s called a drive thru window for a reason and there is a sensor for a reason. So annoying, terrible customer service. Also lose the A.i non sense that’s just lazy
