Wouldn’t recommend and won’t order from again. Don’t get a delivery time until after placing an order. Took 90 minutes to get our delivery, food was cold, the garlic butter exploded all over the pizza. The garlic knots had nothing on them, it was bread. Not acceptable for the price.
Had to call to cancel an order I placed online. As soon as they answered the girl asked if I could hold. It’s a Friday, they’re busy, no big deal. 25 minutes later I’m still on hold so I hang up and call back.
New person answers, I request to cancel my order, he processes it, tells me it’s cancelled and will be refunded to my card, I thank him and clarify the time on the refund that he had mentioned and before I finish my sentence, I get hung up on
