“I've been coming in on just about every Wednesday for a little over a year. I always request to sit in Quenton's section. Whether I order the half off wings or something else off the menu, Whether I leave a $5 tip or $20 tip he always remain the same! He always delivers, fast, courteous, and friendly service and he does it with a smile!!! When we sit with Quenton it's like sitting with family, and my family and I love sitting with him!!!“

“Fast service, good food, clean establishment. They had what I wanted, cooked it fast, and had me on my way with a delicious pizza. Decent price. Ordered the best most awesome pizza. 2 lt drinks were a little pricey but they were cold. Also they do not provide cups so I had to ask another restaurant across the street for cups. Overall great experience.“

“My first time there.. My wife and I drove down from Asheville just to get out.. we both were hungry so I told her to find a place to eat.. she picked Smokin Wings.. very good decision.. the wings were perfectly cooked.. and delicious.. next time we take our little trip out and we go to Spartanburg... Smokin wings will be our eatery stop...“

“Wow, it's hard to find service this good, friendly and fast! The manager Ronnie always makes you feel welcome, as well as Kip.The team work is phenomenal Helps you thru your order and makes you feel at home. This is the only KFC we go to, and we frequent it. “I would like to commend both Audrey and Evan on their superb customer service and willingness to go above and beyond to correct MY mistake of placing a mobile order at the wrong location. They were both extremely understanding and helpful, it was certainly not their issue to deal with, but I appreciated their kindness beyond words…and as always the food was delicious!! We need more people like this in the workforce these days.“

“The employee at the window was super friendly and made my experience great! I ordered a lunch combo (1/2 a deep dish pepperoni pizza and 20oz drink) the pizza was hot and ready and the soda was literally ice cold, like had a little bit of frozen parts inside, which for a soda drinker is HEAVEN. It was literally perfect!“

“I see so many bad reviews and it’s sickening to see I had ordered 2 pizzas and a cookie it took about an hour and when we came to pick the pizza up I had ask “ hey I have a question why did it take an hour to get our food just being curious and he said that’s it’s only 2 people making pizzas and you know there’s other orders well we 100% planed on paying and he said cause of the wait he was going to give us our pizzas for free we went to go drive away and just couldn’t do that and we tipped him he deserves a raise and I wish people would learn to wait and be patient and wait for there food it’s sad to see“

“The food is always good but the wait time isn't always what they say it will be. I have had to wait as long as an hour past the time it was suppose to be ready. Which isn't good if you have family and or guest waiting for you to get back with dinner.“

“We loved the cheese sticks.
Parking: Papa John's is inside the IGA in Pacolet sc and they have plenty of parking and a few handicapped places too.
Wheelchair accessibility: The front of the store is level with the parking lot so wheelchairs can access the front doors. But they don't have any wheelchairs or electronic carts.“
