“My amazing Starbucks visit. I was late • sandwich was cold • HAPPY ENDING 😃 I woke up on 7.28.2022 and decided that it was the day for my Caramel Macchiato & Crispy Grilled Cheese on Sourdough from StarBucks. This is not something that I indulge in everyday. This decision was made because I deeply needed a reward-pamper-myself-day. I placed my order using the Starbucks app and rec’d my quick confirmation. Yay!! (Luv this app!) Traffic en route caused me to arrive later than expected. When I finally got to the drive-thru window - after the normal stream of faithful Starbucks patrons at this location - my coffee and sandwich were inevitably cold. 😞 I told the courteous employee at the window about my predicament. She talked with another employee who said “I’ll be glad to remake the sandwich for you.” The amazing staff at this special Starbucks ~ #61508-294567 Platt Springs Rd & S Lake Dr - remade the Caramel Macchiato and Crispy Grilled Cheese sandwich for me. I was told to park at the side entrance so that the drive-thru line could continue moving efficiently. My coffee and sandwich were cheerfully brought out to my car. I sat there in that parking lot completely amazed!!! 🥰 🙏🏾 First, I thanked GOD for the delectable goodness that I was about to enjoy and then 🙏🏾 I prayed for those Starbucks employees….and then 🙏🏾 I gave thanks for the excellent way that they handled my issue. After all - I was indeed late. Yet they extended grace and kindness to me. I am writing this because I failed to get their names (wish that I had). I hope that in some way one of them will read this review and pass it on. Their kindnesses were so appreciated on my reward-pamper-myself day. They had no idea how much those few moments of positivity affected me.😃 Their customer service gestures made my meal even more enjoyable. My message to them: Whatever your names…I salute you and encourage you to continue being nice to people. Don’t ever stop. Keep up the great work. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“We had a great time while at dinner. The steak was great as well as the rice, beans, fries, chicken bites, and the peppers. We had a really good conversation with the owner, Bruno. He was very nice and even gave us a cup of peppers after my wife explained how much I love peppers. We will be back.”

“Had a great time. We went with a work group from Water Systems and it was a blast. Everyone participated in the axe throwing. Good selection of drinks at the bar, informative introduction and guidance through the process. I even lost an earring that was a gift from my goddaughter and they were amazing about Communication while they looked until they found it and returned it to me. Gabe was our guide and my contact for finding my earring and I can’t say enough nice things about him.”

“I saw this cute little sandwich shop running errands in Lexington today and I just had to stop. I am so glad I did! It is so cute and quaint on the outside and keeps the same aesthetic inside to match. It’s family owned and I had the pleasure of meeting Joe. He was so kind and you could tell he was passionate about the business and the food they offered. I tried the Chicken Salad on a Croissant with Lettuce and Tomato.. it was so delicious! He also had samples of his homemade Caramel Cake.. it is seriously to die for. I could not leave without a slice. We had a great conversation and you just felt like home. Don’t leave without a sweet tea! I can’t wait to go back.”

“I live in Columbia but have go to south Congaree for work sometimes. It’s a little pricey but when you get a large they give a small for free so guess it works out. But as far as quality I’m impressed to be honest I hate they do far away… a the cakes are homemade they fresh a make you get made you didn’t get two. I love carrot cake a red velvet 9.7. The atmosphere is homey vey family friendly. Go let’s get to the pizza OMG LOVELY… alway made fresh it’s that cheesy fresh pizza 9.2 I’m made I don’t stay closer.”

“I'd say I'm pretty much a regular at the Summerville location. Unfortunately the last two times I headed in right around 8:45pm I was denied service. I was told that they stop serving at 8:45pm as they close at 9pm. Mind you the entry was open allowing customers to come in. Does anyone know if this is a company policy/ standard to say the stores opens until 9pm but take no more orders past 8:45p? I totally understand their workers aren't happy with their jobs and want to get out just as quickly but please help me to understand.”

“My husband and I made a stop at Keg Cowboy on Saturday. It was our first time there. Sat at the bar, Charlie with a big smile introduced himself. My husband had a tasty cider beer.
