McDonald's in Rock Hill

“My recent visit a McDonalds was very surprising after it being a little messed up before. Wrong orders, rude employees, and more. This time was different! My order was exactly what I ordered and the employees were pretty nice. The atmosphere was okay, it needs to be cleaned up especially with the outside area.

Thanks for the great food! I highly recommend any McDonalds but you have to be careful which one you pick!

“Me and my family went to this McDonalds after a long day of moving furniture and other items into a apartment. We came not expecting anything different about this McDonalds and that we were just going to get food and then leave to go back home. I came inside with me and my family and we were immediately greeted by the manager that was super friendly. He made the experience even better. He talked to everyone around the McDonald’s and greeted them and made their day better. He had good humor and we laughed and talked while eating. The food was amazing and the employees were all happy and nice to everyone. Most people say that all McDonalds are the same and most employees are mean but this one changed that by a lot. This place was amazing and I recommend this place to anyone trying to stop by and get food.

“First, I don't like using the kiosk to order; I prefer a person. The lady at the register who took my order was extremely nice. I ordered a Coke icee which was not ready so she gave me a soda until it was ready. The food was freshly made and very hot.“

“I come to this location often because it's the closest one to where I live. A lot of times the staff act like they don't see me or acknowledge me being there. Sometimes for 10 minutes or more. The food is always good though. I recommend using the app to make orders and pay. Things go a lot smoother“

“I've never left a review before but felt the need to do so in this case. Came through pretty late after getting off work, with a few more cars ahead of me. Looked like there was one person balancing order taking and both windows, while the other employees worked the store, and I still got my food in a very good amount of time. The food was delicious, and I've never had such a juicy burger from a McDonald's. They did wonderfully.“
