McDonald's in Rock Hill

“Was just making a late-night food stop and realized how clean the place was, how quick and kind the service was, and how good (and ACCURATE) the food was. One of the nicest McDonald's we've been to and the staff were awesome. Places that do things right deserve to have that known and this place is worth the mention. Good job!“

“Drove up to the drive through and was immediately asked if we were using the mobile app. We were and provided our 4 digit order code. I drove around to the first window where a kind lady named Delores prompty provided our receipt. We asked for an extra syrup with our order and she told the other side so we didnt have to. We had two orders one of which one had a breakfast sandwich that was customized and one had the extra syrup. Both were correct and tasted good. Mcdonalds isnt a fancy restaurant but I can appreciate great service, good food, a correct order, and a great price via the mobile app.“

“Every time I come through on third shift, the young woman, Mia(I asked her name), working is overjoyed, respectful, and incredibly kind. Her attitude alone can turn your whole night around. She makes my heart smile and is truly amazing at what she does.“

“First, I don't like using the kiosk to order; I prefer a person. The lady at the register who took my order was extremely nice. I ordered a Coke icee which was not ready so she gave me a soda until it was ready. The food was freshly made and very hot.“

“The place was clean. The bathrooms were clean and fresh. My food wasn't the best. My other half had his sandwich remade. However I didn't know my sandwich wasn't done all the way so when they finished fixing my hash browns, I didn't have time to have my sandwich redone.
But everything else was great. The store's beautiful customer service was great.“

“Forgot my bacon and pickles on my McChicken. Large fry didn’t really seem like a large. Had me pull up to wait for my food, expected that meant it would be fresh but majority of my order was cold. Rather dissatisfied.*UPDATE. Visited again recently and food was correct, warm and quick! Improved greatly!“
