“This evening my family went here for dinner. The hostess says you can sit wherever you want. We grab a seat and look to see what we are going to order. A waiter comes over and says the manager asked me to come over and tell you to move to a smaller table. Excuse me??? When I came in we were told to sit wherever. I tell you what, we moved right out the door. What a coward manager to have a server do your dirty work. I bet my money spent well elsewhere. I won’t ever go back. Customer service is everything and theirs is 0!!!“

“My son really loves the pizza here and the lady who cooks here is a pleasure, always fast and friendly service when she's working. Loaded pizza with thin crust is the best.

“Yesterday, my family and I went to pi-Squared for my birthday. I have been eating healthy but wanted pizza so bad! 😂 The entire staff was so nice. They went above and beyond. They gave me a chocolate chip pizza, wrote Happy Birthday in icing and even came to our table to sing. It was so sweet! A really good, fresh housemade crust and good toppings, garden salad with a great fresh ranch dressing. A good price value for the lunch special, had extra for afternoon snack or dinner.“

“The inside is set up nice. Modern look inside. Had the meatball parm sub. The sauce was good the bread was good not what I expect from a Italian restaurant most use Italian bread for hot subs. The meatballs were the frozen ones so many places have switched to because of easiness or laziness. I haven't made my mind up on that one yet. I give the sub a 7.1“

“Ate here tonight with my son and we will definitely be coming back!! Everything is homemade and it shows!! From the garlic Parmesan wings with chunks of fresh cut garlic drenching perfectly cooked (crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside) wing, to the chicken and homemade sauce on the chicken parm, everything was incredible!! The ranch and Caesar dressing are house made to perfection, and the Philly pizza was to die for! We left super stuffed with leftovers and that’s saying a lot with a teenage boy! I can’t vouch for the cannolis yet because I’m too full to try them but they look amazing and I am definitely looking forward to trying them later tonight! Tammy and Jaden were very attentive, friendly and super sweet too! My only regret is not trying this place sooner!!!“

“Chuck E. Cheese is such a fun place for smaller kids and families. The games keep the kids entertained for hours, the atmosphere is lively and clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. It’s a great spot for birthdays or just a fun day out, especially for younger kids. The food was better than expected, and everything felt well organized. Overall, a great experience and a place we’re always happy to come back to.“

Their consistency is what has me coming here time and time again and ditching rivals like Papa John’s, Marco’s and Dominoes Pizza for good. I know I’m always getting a great pizza made exactly the way I request it (I like mine with extra sauce & well done and most places fail to get the sauce right on a consistent basis and/or undercook the pizza). In the VERY slim chance they make a mistake (it’s rare!) they fix it within a reasonable time are completely professional. It’s clear they have quality control methods in place and I really appreciate that - props to the Manager. ? In a time when quality and service are lacking at most fast-food restaurants in the area, this Pizza Hut location GETS IT. “I ordered Italian cheese bread and a beef pizza why was my bread burnt its supposed to be cheese all im tasting is bread cheese burnt and garlic the pizza was my son's he's fine but this is why I don't eat here bc no matter what I order for myself is always burnt or too dark if I order cheese bread I want to taste the cheese not just garlic and burntness“

So I usually go to this one in Duncan and I've ordered here about 10-15 times now and honestly I've had zero issues. It's made right. The new manager is literally retraining all the previous employees and new ones to do things how they should be. Food seems fresher.
