“I've always found the sandwiches to be both tasty and reasonably priced. What sets this place apart for me is the service I have seen. From going the extra mile for their customer to the way I have seen them handle an irate (and very unreasonable) customer who was using abusive language, threats and vulgarity that I will not repeat here. The young lady, I believe her name is Kadence, handled the situation with the composure and professionalism I would expect from a grown adult. Afterwards, she served every remaining customer with a smile and a great attitude. I was truly impressed. Given how she handled such a situation, I am even more confident in taking home their sandwiches to my family. Props to you young lady and congratulations to Subway for a great find for your staff.“

“On this visit I had to get sandwiched for the whole family. The ladies and one gentlemen were friendly from when I walked in the door. After I gave my order they worked as a team, talking to one another and myself to complete my order. And they all finished with have a great day and come back.“

“I was in the hospital this past week and most know hospital food is terrible. So i ordered delivery from Jimmy John's i asked for no mayo but it arrived with mayo so the next day i ordered again and mentioned the previous mistake, when the girl arrived with my subs she apologized and said the manager put two free cookies in my order and was deeply sorry for prior mistake. I totally appreciated that and will continue doing business with them. Thank you.“

“THEY ARE OPEN!! Google is wrong.I picked up an online order, Avery greeted me as soon as I came in and felt very welcoming. When I arrived home I realized there were a couple mistakes with our order it was already a few minutes past closing but I called anyway. Avery answered the phone despite being closed and was very empathetic and kind, he offered to remake them the next day. I went and got them and again he greeted me upon walking in and remade them for me. Avery showed exceptional customer service. Will be coming more! We went to the one near main street and have terrible service 4 times in a row. Couldn’t recommend this one more.“

“One of my regulars where I can choose what I want on my potatoes. I wouldn’t necessarily say that this is a good place for some with celiac and wheat allergy to eat, but I’m not that hypersensitive to any of it so I don’t really worry about cross-contamination issues.

“This place has all other sub joints on the ropes. Amazing service, friendly staff and astoundingly good food. The open seating arrangement was conducive to meeting new people and I had a nice chat with a fellow veteran and his family while me and mine ate. I'm definitely going back for more soon!“

“Awesome Subway restaurant, best in the area. The workers are extremely nice every time I come through, and they can handle large orders better than probably any restaurant I've been to. They're quick to make your order, the sandwiches are good, and it's cheap. The drive thru can be slow, since it's difficult do describe a sub through a window, but the interior is great.“

“That young woman who is the manager is just the BEST IN THE WORLD. She did everything by herself like a rockstar. When there should have been others in there helping her instead of being at home. This owner of this place should step back right beside her and tell his/her employees this is what makes OUR company. Without this young manager doing her job and doing it right I think it would have been closed. There is alot of things going on in the world right now and people we need to work with each other not against each other. She has a great crew working for her and they were cleaning up and not just standing around. Me and my wife meet the owner of the place and he admitted to our faces that without her there wouldn't be that place. That says alot about this young manager and her crew. From my wife and myself I would like to thank you for the wonderful service and the great food. This young lady is the future of our world. “My husband has been talking about this place since he and our son ate there. We went there tonight and I was pleasantly surprised and impressed. The food was the best! Too bad they are closed tomorrow. If not, I think we would have had to go back. The owners and the atmosphere are amazing! This is a great dining spot. “Excited another quick lunch option opened in Woodruff. Have been here multiple times since they have opened. Ordered online a few times, in store a few times, and have always had great service and no issues with my food. I feel like the bread here is slightly better, in that, it doesn't seem as dried out as other Jersey Mike's locations I've been to. Will continue to get food here in the future.“
