“I've always found the sandwiches to be both tasty and reasonably priced. What sets this place apart for me is the service I have seen. From going the extra mile for their customer to the way I have seen them handle an irate (and very unreasonable) customer who was using abusive language, threats and vulgarity that I will not repeat here. The young lady, I believe her name is Kadence, handled the situation with the composure and professionalism I would expect from a grown adult. Afterwards, she served every remaining customer with a smile and a great attitude. I was truly impressed. Given how she handled such a situation, I am even more confident in taking home their sandwiches to my family. Props to you young lady and congratulations to Subway for a great find for your staff.“

“On this visit I had to get sandwiched for the whole family. The ladies and one gentlemen were friendly from when I walked in the door. After I gave my order they worked as a team, talking to one another and myself to complete my order. And they all finished with have a great day and come back.“

I love the way they treat my kids and just how kind they are. We will continue to come to this location. Customer service is top notch. “I was in the hospital this past week and most know hospital food is terrible. So i ordered delivery from Jimmy John's i asked for no mayo but it arrived with mayo so the next day i ordered again and mentioned the previous mistake, when the girl arrived with my subs she apologized and said the manager put two free cookies in my order and was deeply sorry for prior mistake. I totally appreciated that and will continue doing business with them. Thank you.“

“That young woman who is the manager is just the BEST IN THE WORLD. She did everything by herself like a rockstar. When there should have been others in there helping her instead of being at home. This owner of this place should step back right beside her and tell his/her employees this is what makes OUR company. Without this young manager doing her job and doing it right I think it would have been closed. There is alot of things going on in the world right now and people we need to work with each other not against each other. This was a wonderful time meeting this manager and seeing how it should work. Thank you for keeping your cool and not losing it and just getting right on thru with what needed to be done. “Haven't had subway in years. Not sure why I went today but I'm glad I did. Anna is a treasure with amazing customer service. She was a lovely person to talk to after having a rough time at work. She makes a good sub too but thats secondary to the happy conversation she brought. I'll probably grab subway more often now on lunch breaks.“

“Excited another quick lunch option opened in Woodruff. Have been here multiple times since they have opened. Ordered online a few times, in store a few times, and have always had great service and no issues with my food. I feel like the bread here is slightly better, in that, it doesn't seem as dried out as other Jersey Mike's locations I've been to. Will continue to get food here in the future.“

“I don’t want to leave a bad review because I actually do love this location and the people that own it. I do however have a complaint about a certain employee. I don’t have a name sadly, but every interaction I have had with them they have been nothing but rude. She always has an attitude no matter what you do. I had a mobile order today and went through the drive thru to pick it up and she swung the window open and said “what do you want” and when I said I had the mobile order she slammed the window in my face and started throwing my subs into a bag. She then swung the window open and swung the bags out and when I said thank you she slammed the window back shut. You can have a bad day but this has been multiple times. I would fire her if I ran the place. After reading these reviews it seems she is always like that because I know the other employees do not act this way.“

“I accidentally ordered from this restaurant thinking it was another. They closed at 9, but since I didn’t realize my mistake I didn’t arrive until 9:10. They willingly stayed opened and were so kind to let me pick up my order. I give this store a 10/10.“
