“I've always found the sandwiches to be both tasty and reasonably priced. What sets this place apart for me is the service I have seen. From going the extra mile for their customer to the way I have seen them handle an irate (and very unreasonable) customer who was using abusive language, threats and vulgarity that I will not repeat here. The young lady, I believe her name is Kadence, handled the situation with the composure and professionalism I would expect from a grown adult. Afterwards, she served every remaining customer with a smile and a great attitude. I was truly impressed. Given how she handled such a situation, I am even more confident in taking home their sandwiches to my family. Props to you young lady and congratulations to Subway for a great find for your staff.“

“The subway in Gaffney on Hyatt Street stage clean and everyone wears gloves. The one on Floyd Baker boulevard at I-85. Are horrible.. unless you like mushy tomatoes salami lettuce, and meet that tastes a little sour then go there. If you want fresh vegetables fresh bread and fresh meats.. definitely go to the one on Hyatt Street across the road from the pilot gas station. Excellent customer service“

“I was in the hospital this past week and most know hospital food is terrible. So i ordered delivery from Jimmy John's i asked for no mayo but it arrived with mayo so the next day i ordered again and mentioned the previous mistake, when the girl arrived with my subs she apologized and said the manager put two free cookies in my order and was deeply sorry for prior mistake. “Always quite inside. Cole freestyle machine is a plus. Cup sizes are excellent. Could place more condiments on sandwich. Option for extra pickles in app are nonexistent or not honored. The staff is usually nice. The same level of options should be given to the promos as regular orders. I found it distasteful that the condiments were stricken to a bare minimum on choices.“
