“This evening my family went here for dinner. The hostess says you can sit wherever you want. We grab a seat and look to see what we are going to order. A waiter comes over and says the manager asked me to come over and tell you to move to a smaller table. Excuse me??? When I came in we were told to sit wherever. I tell you what, we moved right out the door. What a coward manager to have a server do your dirty work. I bet my money spent well elsewhere. I won’t ever go back. Customer service is everything and theirs is 0!!!“

“Yesterday, my family and I went to pi-Squared for my birthday. I have been eating healthy but wanted pizza so bad! 😂 The entire staff was so nice. They went above and beyond. They gave me a chocolate chip pizza, wrote Happy Birthday in icing and even came to our table to sing. It was so sweet! Parking: They have plenty of parking in the plaza. We always order a cheese pizza half something else. Switch it around for the adults but the child will only eat cheese.“

“We were in the Spartanburg area for a Costco trip, and decided to check out some of the other stores around before heading there. This Cicis Pizza location was near one of the stores we were checking out, so we decided to stop in for lunch. We did the pizza buffet, which was priced pretty reasonably for a buffet (a little less than $10 per person). There were two small areas where you could grab some pizza from. A somewhat long line would form as people would get pizza. I tried the mac and cheese, the spinach alfredo, the buffalo chicken, the meat eater, and the pepperoni pizzas. I also tried a fudge brownie and a slice of the apple dessert pizza. They had shakers of parmesan cheese for people to use, which I thought was great. The pizza itself was good for what it was, but I definitely thought that some of them could use more flavor. For instance, the mac and cheese pizza was a lot more bland than I was expecting. The spinach alfredo was pretty good. The buffalo chicken pizza was delicious! The fudge brownie was not very good- it was super thin and it did not taste like a sweet chocolate brownie. The apple dessert pizza, however, was incredible. This was my first time at Cicis so I was not sure what to expect, but overall, we had a decent time.“

“I came in there the other day to get some pizza for me and my kids and a lady named Sabrina helped me. She was the kindest person I ever had in a restaurant. She was respectful, kind, and even had a conversation with me while waiting on my pizza. I will definitely be coming back as long as she’s working!“
