“I would like to say that I had an issue with a bartender one evening BUT Travis Donavan , manager, called me the very next day and gave me his full attention. This bar is one of Spartanburg’s most lovely settings in town and the food in restaurant is excellent. The staff has always been professional and friendly. Sometimes folks just have bad days…“

“I cannot give enough praise for the service we received this evening by our server, Meleny. She is tremendous! I swear she can read minds because we never had to ask for anything, she just knew how to make this the best dinner possible. Fresh rolls, plenty of sauces, never an empty cup, picture perfect plate presentations; you name it! On top of that, her personality is one of a kind. She is so bright and by the end of the meal I felt like we could be best friends. Texas Roadhouse always has excellent food but this was the best experience dining out anywhere because of Meleny's service. We will be making the drive from Simpsonville to Spartanburg far more often now because of her. She handles the service industry so well; always keeping a smile on her face even when the restaurant stays so busy. My husband ordered the filet medallions with green beans and chilli and I ordered the smothered chicken with broccoli and a salad. I highly recommend both dishes.“

“Trying to order the prime rib alittle after 4 pm on Saturday afternoon the App. Let me put in a order when to pay out of stock of MR so I changed to R then that was was out of stock M out of stock changed to ribeye. We want prime rib no more that Medium.“

“Malia was our service provider. She was friendly and customer focused. We went to celebtate brothers passing drivers license test.
We had steaks medium with salad and mushrooms; unsweet tea. She also brouht small bread loafs (we took the bread home). We left after a satifying meal.

Jan 13 2026' We were back again and TJ was our wait person. We were seated immediately. I had Flit and brother had T-Bone. The sweet potato and asparagus were great sides with unsweet tea. They brought us fresh cooked bread loaf. The service was great as well as the food“
