“It's been a long time since I visited Pagoda in Summerville. I can't even say why because this place has always been and still is delicious. I am pretty sure all in the know understands they have the best Chinese chicken wings around! Maybe it's just location that keeps me from visiting this place as much as I would like. Years ago it was further up Trolly Road in a different building and I loved it. I had the main character for most Chinese spots (in my opinion) Pork fried rice (extra egg) and 4pc chicken wing. Nothing special but, cheap and delicious! Don't be like me and forget about this place, it's worth it. I will say they only do takeout and judging by the amount of people going in and out as I waited.... a lot of people support them. I was happy to see that.“

“Praise praise praise. That’s all we have for this establishment and their staff. Most of our family came down with the flu, and we had to cancel our travel plans. Unfortunately that meant we had no Christmas “dinner” (or any dinner options), thank goodness for you! There was a long wait; many people were ordering. The staff here handled all the Grinches and cheery customers with grace—literally deserving of a round of applause. Food was hot and delicious when it arrived home; new family favorite for sure. “It's your average Chinese food atmosphere, but I just got really disappointed on my craving for pizza New York style especially and the place next door was supposed to be the highest rated in the area and he let me down so I went to the Chinese food place. I was not disappointed. This is the friendliest Chinese couple I've ever met in a Chinese food place. Just so friendly. I guess that makes the atmosphere good but it basically just looks like tables and chairs like anywhere else. The food's great and the people are amazing. I will absolutely be back here.“

Sounds to me like you like extra well done steak.. keep chewing my friend).Seen one where the man bun complained about how they wouldn't substitute an egg roll because of his allergies(duh the entire cooking platform is cross contaminated and they wont take the risk.. moron).The one review about the crab ragoon.. yeah sometimes they don't get it perfect, but a 1 star. You're trash and sound entitled.This place has been open for over 30 years. “I have never had service like this, it was astonishing. I accidentally ordered pick up when I meant to order delivery. Great Wall called me and let me know my order was ready. I apologized and let them know I wasn't able to pick up, but I would pay for my mistake. Great Wall called me back 2 minutes later and asked for my address, they would deliver so the food didnt go to waste. Im so thankful for truly kind humans in this world.“

“This is the default Chinese restaurant for my household due to the location. The food is consistently delicious. I will warn you when you go in to pick it up don't look at anything in the lobby too hard it looks like it hasn't been cleaned in quite a while. The language barrier is sometimes hard to work around but doable. The egg rolls are some of the best in Summerville and the prices are quite reasonable for the amount of food you get.“

“I'm leaving this review mainly because I love Hong Kong's steamed and fried dumplings. I moved to Summerville 2 years ago after living in NY my whole life, and this is the only Chinese food restaurant I’ve found in Summerville that makes dumplings the same way they do up north. It seems everywhere else (at least in Summerville) makes pot stickers and calls them dumplings. Not the same at all. If you know you know. I do also enjoy the rest of the food on their menu, but shout out to Hong Kong for making New York style dumplings, something I've greatly missed since moving to Summerville. Also the employees are nice people and have only had good service in all of my experiences.“
