The Sweaty Pig sandwich was delicious and very filling. The chicken nachos had tons of toppings and were very flavorful. We also tried the briscuit/Mac n cheese egg roll and the sweet potato crunch. Again, delicious. April, our server, and Brock, the manager, were friendly and fun to talk to. From the time we walked in the door, we felt very welcome. If you get the chance to visit SBH, don’t miss out!“

“Being our first time here, the service was very good. They explained the menu and told us their specials. We got the double BBQ platter. The ribs were very dry and and rub was salty. We would not recommend getting those. The pulled pork was good though a little dry. The sides were the best part. We had the cole slaw and onion rings. They were outstanding. They had several choices in BBQ sauce for you to try. We will be back, but probably just get the pull pork sandwich.“

“I’ve been looking for a decent barbecue spot for a while, and overall I was pleased with this one. Not the best barbecue I’ve had, but definitely not the worst.

I ordered the half rack of dry-rubbed ribs with fries and mac and cheese. The ribs were cooked phenomenally. My only complaint is that I wish the dry rub had a little more flavor, though their sauces definitely helped make up for it. The mac and cheese was okay, and the fries were a little oily and unsalted, but since this was a to-go order, that was an easy fix at home.

One minor frustration was receiving a text that our order was ready when it actually wasn’t, resulting in a wait. A little annoying, but not a major inconvenience.

I lived near Camp Red Cloud in Uijongbyu, South Korea for a year teaching overseas and got to eat homemade Korean food.
This reminds me of being there!
The service is so polite and respectful, they genuinely care about you having a good experience and great food.

“They not only have great BBQ, Wonderful Potato Salad, and delicous ice tea but also are generous and civic minded. They just gave our service organization, Greer Relief, a discount on food for feeding our VITA volunteers. Shout out to Charlie's. I know I'll be getting all my BBQ from them .“

“DOES *NOT* RECOMMEND I came in on 4/2/24 at 4:30 and paid 42.00 dollars for a family pack and an extra side of meat. We sat down and waited for our order. After about 10 minutes of waiting, an elderly lady probably in her 60's told us we cannot stay and that it was takeout only. She made an assumption that we were even planning on dining in because not once were we asked. She then proceeded to say that they didn't charge us for dine in, so we politely asked if we could pay the extra fee for the plates and dine in costs. She was extremely rude and just kept arguing with us. Even after my wife said, "that's fine we will leave, but can we please get a refund since you're obviously not bringing us our food," she continued to make us feel extremely unwelcome and essentially kicked us out. She just kept saying, "sorry this is strict policy you need to leave." My wife asked for a refund again, and the kid that originally took our order finally gave us the refund.. I don't usually feel discriminated against but she had a personal issue with me and my kids (who were being extremely respectful and just drinking their lemonade the whole time). I will not dine here again. I will not support any business that it partners with. I would highly appreciate hearing back from the owner who we were told was not currently in.“

There's plenty of seating as it's part of a food hall establishment. Along with a burger place and tap room. Outside seating available too.“

“We loved it! My daughter had the outlaw ribeye. I had the 6oz filet. Both were cooked to perfection! The shrimp & cherry pepper appetizer was delicious. Best Moscow Mule I think I have ever tasted! Our server was awesome! We will go back again!“

“I wanted to love this location, but my recent visit was a bit of a letdown. The drive-thru is often backed up and the layout can be confusing for newcomers. I ordered a bacon grilled chicken sandwich around 6 PM. While the bacon, veggies, and bun were all fresh and delicious, the grilled chicken was incredibly disappointing—it was shriveled and looked overcooked. I really hope this was just a one-off! Service was also mixed; the gentleman at the window was fantastic, but the person taking my order could use some customer service training. I'll still give Cook Out another chance, but I hope the food quality improves.“
