“I made a custom bowl and it tasted amazing. It was a fusion of citrus, sweet and sour flavors. The service was very fast and the attenant was helpful in explaining the menu. I did notice an almond in my bowl which I did not order so please make sure you make it clear if you have a nut allergy. The overall atmosphere was clean and simple.“

“I love this place, but I recently ordered my family 6 of the original Ding teas with Boba with 100% Sugar and all of them were plain and unsweetened. Normally these guys are on it but that was a big bummer ? Would give them 5 stars ? if not, make sure you guys try out your drinks before leaving, mine was takeout so I was long home by the time I tried mine!

Guys I edited my original review, The awesome guys at this place contacted me regarding the experience! I didn't write the original review out of maliciousness or anything of the sort, I LOVE THIS PLACE! But I did want to give a heads up to customers to make sure their drink is made correctly especially when it's pickup and the store get busy. Mistakes happen especially in a place that gets frequented alot like this and during the weekend of course. I completely Understand the slight mistake!! Still I totally appreciate that they went beyond what they needed to do and contact me to apologize. I will definitely go back for their drinks, one experience will not ruin it for me, and their service today has cemented it for me!! ??“

I know not all days can be perfect, but the last three times I’ve been here, it’s been consistent that I always have to call to make sure the computer updated because I’ve already waited the 15 minute it said my food would be out. All three times I’ve when I have called they’ve been out of something and they never called me to make sure I wanted it or to change.. along with me waiting for 15 - 20 minutes already, I’ve had to wait another 15 min bc they had to change something or just got the computer to refresh. So now, after the third time that this is happened and is being consistent. It makes me not want to come back again because I don’t want to do it a fourth time. You can’t exactly go in this place till 9 o’clock because the lobby is locked. Its kind of frustrating because every time I come here I usually have to end up waiting almost an hour for the deliciousness.. not trying to be mean I just hope this helps. I still love the deliciousness of this food but I just don’t like waiting 45 minutes to an hour.“

“I was happy to drive 30 minutes to eat at an all gluten-free restaurant with healthy good options.
The restaurant is a family business, so I definitely support them. I have been to chain stores like this around the country.
The staff were funominal and helping choose the options and prepare my food.
The food tasted delicious, and I enjoyed the mango lemonade.
The only thing I would change is to have a handicapped parking spot. My friend is in a motorized chair because of his rare muscle disease. Parking up top where you have to pay for parking isn't cool.
