“We highly recommend the Drift. My husband and I had just traveled down from NH to be with our son and his girlfriend. We sadly had an infant death in the family. Marshall, our server was amazing. His personality was refreshing and sincere. He was quick to recommend an alternative to my husband for not having the prime rib available. Marshall was so detailed in his description of the cut and how it was prepared, my husband was convinced to try it. He was not disappointed. This was also the first good meal our children were able to enjoy. Marshall made them smile, made us happy, shook my husband and sons hands, gave us ladies a hug goodbye and welcomed us back. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was great, but Marshall was what we needed. We look forward to seeing him again on a return visit to NC.“

“I was excited when I heard we had a "roof top" bar in Rock Hill. I thought there would be some cool views and photo ops of the textile corridor, but not really. So it wasn't quite what I expected. Doesn't really have the feeling of a rooftop bar with the lattice covered windows which obstruct the views. The pictures I took had to be taken through the holes in the "windows". I just feel like the hotel really lost an opportunity with this layout/design. It was also stifling hot. No good breeze due to the window coverings, and no fans. The bartender was great though!“

“This is an amazing restaurant with an amazing atmosphere and amazing staff. I was there with my coworker. There was a little of incident with our steak but upon informing our waiter (JB a very kind gentleman), he swiftly grabbed the manager on duty. The manager (Tristen) was very prompt and understanding. He took the matter seriously and saw it got resolved in a timely matter while also keeping his staff informed; as well as keeping us informed. The whole staff handled the matter with upmost care and also managed to help us laugh about the situation. This was my second time attending this restaurant and I have absolute no complaints and will 10000000000% recommend this to anyone coming to this area. If I’m being honest I would have given so many more stars if I could. Thank you to the staff and more specifically JB and Tristen!“

“The service was excellent... Kaylyn was great! The burgers were good but the fries were burnt. We sent them back and they were burnt the second time! We were told it is normal for them to be cooked that way! We ended up getting the fried chips which were very good! We asked to be seated outside, thinking it would not be as noisy but it was more noisy outside.“

“Tried Christopher’s for the first time at work with a few co-workers and I had the cheeseburger wrap while my co-worker ordered the Chicken Alfredo with side salad. Our manager ordered the French Dip and we shared an order of Southwestern egg rolls. The food was great, hot, and fresh. We were highly pleased, so much so that I took the fan back a week later and everything was still great! The parking is a little tricky as they share it with other businesses. I highly recommend trying Christopher’s.

“Hi! My name is Teresa. My husband Jeff and I are from Woodruff, SC. We love to take Saturday drives. Today, Jeff googled “hot wings” in Rock Hill and we ended up at Shawkers Grill. At first we weren’t sure what we were getting into but we decided to take a chance. I’m so glad we did!!!! We ordered the chicken wings (med sauce), Buffalo Oysters and an order of fries. Everything was freshly cooked and delicious!!! The lady/manager who waited on us (didn’t get her name) was very sweet and took very good care of us!!! My husband told her if we lived closer we would have a new wing place. If you haven’t tried this place you are missing out.“

The price to food ratio was questionable. Just the tenders alone here would equate to a whole meal of tenders/fries price worth at Bojangles.

“We went to dinner for 35 anniversary. Went to dinner at 730pm Mon. There were plenty of empty tables but still had a wait of 20min. By the looks of servers assume they were short handed and that is why had to wait. Regardless we got seated and the server greated us quickly with menus, napkins, silverware and took drink orders. Returned quickly with drinks and took order and quickly returned with chips n salsa. Server had about 9 tables that she was dealing with including ours. Food came out in a decent amount of time and after about 5 min server checked in to make sure all was well. Server came back about 5 min later with new drinks before we were even half finished with current drinks and also checked in on us. Only thing I could complain about is I'm going to nitpick is that I got the bacon cheeseburger and it was over loaded with onions and only 2 pieces of bacon could barely taste the bacon. Burger was fine cooked proper just too much onion and not enough bacon. Wife got slab ribs and she thought her food was good but little on spicy side but no complaints. Fries were great perfect temperature cook not over/under cooked and perfect amount seasons. Server was great and gave her a 25% tip on 65 bill. Not going to fault her on my nitpicking the burger. She did a great job.“
