“My wife and I stopped here Friday night before dinner at a nearby restaurant. Friday and Saturday nights get very crowded but we were fortunate to grab 2 seats at the bar which is rather small. They specialize in MANY types of wine, craft beers and sangria. I’m had the Gailic Ale and an Oktoberfest, my wife had the red sangria. The atmosphere is that of a boutique book shop/winery. They offer a small selection of small bites that looked delicious. Very cool place . Prices were fair and we look forward to going back.“

“Cool, down-to-Earth customers at the bar who are fun to hang with. The kitchen gets SEVERELY overwhelmed sometimes and it's basically impossible to get food. Still a place I'd recommend.“

Lorenzo is an amazing cook and with every bite you can taste his creativity and love he curates with every single dish. He is truly passionate about every dish he creates. “Cool place for Karaoke on Fridays or to see a band or to watch football in Fort Mil l/ Tega Cay. Read the couple negative reviews on here - never saw any of that. Little hidden gem. No Pretense (it's literally attached to a gas station). Check it out if you live within 10 - 15 min of Carowinds....worth it. I am a little older but I don't feel old there and it's a 2 or 3 generation kind of spot. Nothing fancy - a couple pool tables, outdoor section, some games and a little stage.“

“Absolutely amazing definitely worth everything. Very friendly outstanding customer service beautiful views great people didn't have to wait forever was definitely catered too. Was treated like a valued person an not just a quick check and the food was definitely more then rabbit proportion and it was all in all the best experience I've had. “Wow!! Great casual atmosphere, amazing service (we sat at the bar and had Emily tending to us—great info about our options and checked in on us “just right!”), and the. most. DELICIOUS food!! My wedge salad may have been the best I’ve ever had-Emily shared that they make their blue cheese dressing-I raved about the quality and the generous quantity! She’d also recommended the soup of the day that was also quite tasty & as she’d thought, it paired well with my main course-the Cajun pasta with andouille and chicken. The pasta was a great amount of spicy, richly creamy, and the tomato’s warm juiciness was a delightful addition! I stopped myself partway through that dish so I could try the crème brûlée cheesecake—YUM!! Rich, and I’m sure the cream it was garnished with was from scratch—somehow both light and rich!! Definitely must go back to try the other fun menu items!! Oh, I did trade a few bites with my husband who also loved the pasta; it afforded me the chance to try their burger—perfectly cooked, juicy and TASTY under the melted white cheddar & bacon!!“

“I went to Hobo's last night for a friend's birthday. We sat outside for karaoke. I have wanted to sing karaoke for awhile but I've always been way too nervous!! DJ Swin (please tag him!) did such an awesome job at hyping up the audience AND the singers! it didn't matter what your singing ability was he made you feel great about getting up there! People were being silly and having fun which is what karaoke is all about! So when my hubby asked me to sing with him I did! I got up there and actually had a lot of fun. So thank you for hosting this and thank you to DJ Swin for making this a really welcoming event! We'll be back!“

“Quite possibly the best southern vegetable side dishes in South Charlotte/Rock Hill/Fort Mill! An amazing selection, lots of options, and all were delicious. The sides alone are worth the trip!“

“My wife and I made reservations this past Friday. We were seated immediately at a very comfortable table. We had cocktails beforehand but noticed their lounge is spacious , we will be sure to have pre dinner drinks there next time. Our server was very attentive and helpful with menu choices. There happened to be the YOCO Trail week w/ special menu items at several restaurants in the area. So we were able to each choose an appetizer, entree and dessert for $35 each. We had the tortillas with lobster dip, a strawberry salad and they served warm bread with a tomato and olive oil sauce. I ordered shrimp and grits and my wife had the salmon. We also chose the key lime pie and chocolate mousse cake. EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING!!! We will definitely be back. Highly recommend!“

“New in the area. On Labor Day we were looking for good pizza. Our neighbors told us about Carmella's.
The bar side was sort of busy but the restaurant side was not. Our server, Chasity, was friendly and fun! She was also the bartender so very busy.
We sat on the shaded back patio because we had our little pooch with us. Chasity brought us a beer and took our order. Our pizza came out pretty quickly and it was amazing. It was hot and tasted terrific. Had another local beer. We could only finish half the pizza. Lunch will be great!

“I haven't been to a Chili's in years, but they finally sucked me in with the $10.99 burger deal. I was highly skeptical after giving Applebee's a try last weekend (which was beyond abysmal BTW), so my expectations were low. I was more than pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was good other than a few maintenance nit-picky details.
Our server was very attentive and brought refills before our glasses ever got empty even though it was very busy at the time.
The food was surprisingly outstanding. My burger was one of the best I've had anywhere in the area in a long time. My wife's chicken tenders were also outstanding. I can't believe I'm saying this about a national chain, but I'm now a fan and Chili's is going into the regular rotation for us.“
