We were in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes on a Thursday night from 8:50 to 9:23, this is the second time the wait has been this long. We ordered 2 Zax Snack, 1 wings and things, and kiddie meal.
I ordered $30 of chicken finger plates, got home and the order was wrong. Upon returning to the store to fix the issue, the manager Nate was very understanding and offered a full refund or correct order. I just wanted my food, so he made sure the order was made fresh and it was hands down the best meal I’ve ever had from any Zaxby’s. 10/10 will visit again!
Everything was good. But i asked and paid for 2 pieces of toast and they did not have Dr. Pepper tbey said it ran out. I have noticed if you order Uber Eats or go thru a drive thru you get whatever they have or want to give you. It seems i rarely get what i order. It seems they just dont care anymore
