“We’ve longed for a date night spot in Walterboro and have finally found one!! Tavern on the Green was so delicious!! There were so many unique options, I’m glad they’re nearby so we can try them all! My husband could tell the chicken carbonara was an actual carbonara sauce- not just Alfredo with bacon in it. I had a bison burger over salad with mushrooms and onions, which I was delighted to see were in a red wine reduction!! It’s family friendly and will become one of our regular spots!!!“

“I would like to give a HUGE shout out to our server earlier whose name was Gabi.Even though they were slammed earlier and it was pretty busy in there for lunch,she was just so sweet and kept checking up on us to make sure we were all good,while doing the same for other tables.She was very patient,soft-spoken,and just a bundle of joy.She was probably one of the best servers I have ever had in a restaurant,and she just made our experience there so lovely.I personally don’t go to this restaurant that much,but each time I go here,my experience has been lovely,with lovely servers.But Miss Gabi is just so much more awesome and joyful compared to some other servers I have experienced.I just wanted to give a shoutout to her for making my personal experience here above and beyond.“
