“I would like to give a HUGE shout out to our server earlier whose name was Gabi.Even though they were slammed earlier and it was pretty busy in there for lunch,she was just so sweet and kept checking up on us to make sure we were all good,while doing the same for other tables.She was very patient,soft-spoken,and just a bundle of joy.She was probably one of the best servers I have ever had in a restaurant,and she just made our experience there so lovely.I personally don’t go to this restaurant that much,but each time I go here,my experience has been lovely,with lovely servers.But Miss Gabi is just so much more awesome and joyful compared to some other servers I have experienced.I just wanted to give a shoutout to her for making my personal experience here above and beyond.“

“Visited the IHOP in Walterboro, SC yesterday to pick up a local offices catering order. Upon arrival I was greated immediately and told the order would be right out. Ms Gail came from the back with multiple trays, bags and containers of hot coffee. She was very friendly and engaging. She explained everything in the order and went the extra mile to make sure the order was simple to set up and display for the office. It was breathe of fresh air to be engaged by someone who truly cares about the quality of their work and the satisfaction of their customers. Will definitely be retuning with my own family to enjoy more of the positive vibe she exuded.“
