“Tonight’s two meals…chicken livers with mashed potatoes/gravy and green beans, and cornmeal coated fried catfish fillets with fries, coleslaw and hush puppies well….were cooked perfect and great quantity! Mike and Brenda and their team know how to take great care of their customers! Good food, excellent service, and very fair pricing. It’s hometown grand mom type of cooking. We have been here in Cross Hill since September ‘21, and have found ourselves eating here for lunch and dinner many times! (It’s become a weekly “must-do”. You can’t go wrong with their sandwiches and burgers, salads, meat and two/three meals, or desserts! I’m a big foodie, and this place does it right! 5 stars plus!!!”

“I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Chick-fil-A today. While eating my salad, I found what appears to be a dead bug mixed in with the vegetables. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about food safety and quality control. I understand mistakes can happen, but something like this should never make it onto a customer’s plate. I had to throw my entire meal away and completely lost my appetite. I hope management takes this seriously, investigates how this happened, and improves their food inspection process so no one else has this experience.”
