I’ve eaten at Al’s Upstairs numerous times over the years and I have never experienced such bad customer service. First our suppose to be waiter came to the table 3 times with no request during a 3 course meal, to take the order, bring the wine and to bring desert. Brought no steak knife for steak, no soup spoon for the soup and had to run him down to get desert.
