“While in town for a competition, we stopped by to enjoy the beautiful weather on the upper patio. We sat at the bar and had a wonderful conversation with the bartender. The beers were excellent, but keep in mind that the selection on the upper patio is limited. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, be sure to ask about the options available downstairs.“

“Atypical location, between steel/gas/concrete factories, but close to the town. Lots of tables inside and even more outside. Great beer menu. Food is rather limited to sandwiches, which did not impress us, but would come again for the overall place. Staff was very friendly too.“

“Beautiful riverside views and polite service. However, the food did have solid room for improvement. The spätzle wasn’t cooked properly / well and the schnitzel was not a very thin slice( almost chicken nugget thickness). The pretzel was drenched in salt.
The bratwurst was pretty good!

I would come here for a beer and the view, not for the food.“

“Everything I've had from here has been a hit! They have great options for every taste, from sours to dark beers. Living in the Columbia area, I see their stuff available everywhere and it's always a safe, awesome go-to. Super solid all around!“

“Nice battery brewery with small menu of traditional bar food. Wide selection of beers that is updated regularly. Not a huge selection of food, but the pizza I ordered was fairly large and tasted like pizza. A lot of space to sit so large groups can be accommodated, including both indoors and outdoors. The building is an old airplane hanger and includes a large amount of brewing equipment which is really cool to see. A great spot to hang out and drink with friends.“

“My husband and I met up with some friends at BJ Tavern yesterday and had such a positive experience that I had to brag about it on Google. First of the all, I love how BJ Tavern allows me to go onto their online app to see what the wait time is. Afterwards, it allows me to put my name down to reserve some seats so by the time I arrive, my seat are ready or just about ready. It was great!

Second, the drinks we ordered were delicious. I ordered the snow man drink, while everyone else enjoys some beer. Everyone was happy with their choices.

Third, the food was delicious. We all ordered different things. I had the Cheeseburger with Fries and a free Pizookie Salt Caramel dessert. My husband had the Chicken Parmigiana Pasta and our friends ordered some Chicken Tenders and Salads. We all finished out plates. It was so good.

Lastly, but most of all, our waitress was Lauren. She was quick to greet us with a big smile. She took our drink orders and brought them back quickly. I could see that she was juggling several tables around us, but she never missed a beat. She was great to stopping by to make sure everything was going well. She paid great attention to our cups and make sure the were never empty. I highly recommend giving her a bonus or raise for the positive attitude she carries no matter how many customers are pulling her in different directions.“
