“This is a well run Chick-fil-A. They are fast inside and all my orders have been correct. They could benift from increased parking. I like it because it is close to the care facility where my 85 year old resides. This allows me to be able to be able to get takeout when I visit her. It is the fastest, most accurate one in the Midlands. Kuddos to the entire team.“

“I'm not really who is working the day shift October 29th 2023 but I just ordered from here and this is got to be the best tasting chicken I've had from a KFC ever anywhere I've been to a lot of different KFC including the one in Alabama Tennessee Texas but this one right here someone put their heart into making this chicken cuz it's very juicy tender and full of flavor like it's meant to be and the biscuits are so soft and they're delicious I want to ask the management of this facility to please recognize the employees that's working on this date because they did such a good job making this food it is definitely worth coming here and I like this way better than Bishopville South Carolina so please whoever the management is please recognize your employees cuz they did such a good job someone put their heart in the making this food cuz it's that good I had no idea this place was that good I will definitely be back because this is definitely worth it it's just a shame that the rest of the KFCs in the USA cannot taste as good as this one here it's a shame but thank you to go over you are you did a beautiful job“

“I'm not sure what sparked the craving, but as I passed through Columbia at lunchtime, fried chicken suddenly seemed like the only answer. I asked Yelp for the highest‑rated spot and ended up here.

The place was bustling, with most of the parking lot full, yet the ordering process moved quickly. By the time I returned from the restroom, my number was already being called. I had ordered a three‑piece meal with double cole slaw in place of fries and a sweet tea. Settling in at a table, I dug in.

The cole slaw leaned too far on the sweet side for my taste, though the texture was crisp and fresh. I skipped the dinner roll and the tea, focusing instead on the chicken. It was thoroughly cooked, meaty, and satisfying. Not especially spicy or bold in flavor, but solidly good.

This isn't a fancy establishment. The tables and floor may not be spotless, but the food delivers. Best fried chicken I've ever had? No. Still, it was very good, and worth the stop.“

“Today while traveling home from vacation we stopped in for a quick lunch. Service and food were great as always! However, when we went to leave our car wouldn’t start. The owner, Mr. Arnold, was great, he jumped right in grabbing a team member to help get us jumped off. Unfortunately, he couldn’t get close enough to us. The team member drove my dad to O’Reily, which was about 3 miles away to get a jump box. I was able to take my 3 kids back inside a cool restaurant that had Wi-fi, coloring pages, books and games while we waited! The amount of team members who checked on us and interacted with the kids was amazing! They offered water; nuggets and even ice cream! 10/10 recommend if you are passing through this area!“
