“11 of us came to town for an LSU game. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like regulars. I cannot say enough about the staff. Meagan, Brianna, and Jayson were amazing. We visited several times during our stay. If we ever come back to town, we will make Calloway’s a must. And, the food was amazing! Don’t miss the wings!!“

“This place rocks. The food is so good. A little pricey but good food costs actual money! I got the chicken parm dinner today was surprised that apparently that doesn’t come with any noodles. Surprising but next time I know I’ll have to order some spaghetti too! Especially disappointing when combined with the fact that the side salad was missing from my order too. It was only like 6.50 so oh well. Next time I’ll check for the salad and I guess I have to order pasta to have noodles with the chicken parm! It was all so tasty though. The garlic knots made me gasp they’re so unbelievably good! The meatballs are fire too!“

“I had what I think was called a chicken Philly hoagie. With the crinkle cut fries. It was great! And the crinkle cup fries were all nice and crispy and not soggy. I was by myself, so I sat at the bar. The bartender / waitress was Maura. She was great with the customers and a great waitress.

“We have been here now 3 times to really give them a true review. The food is fantastic cooked and seasoned very well. Highly recommend the French dip 10/10.
Drinks were always cold and mixed drinks were perfect. Service was amazing! Taniah (so sorry if I misspelled her name) was our server/bartender everytime we went and it only took 1 visit for her to remember us and our drink orders. She's fantastic makes the visit that much better everytime. Highly recommend checking them out!“

“This place is what my wife has affectionately refered to as a "church of bars". Everybody here is friendly. The owners, the barkeepers, and the customers are all great. There is almost never any trouble. Since everybody knows everybody and everyone are friends, if you start trouble, you start trouble with the entire place. They have live music often. My favorite is Shrek's open mic night on fridays where everybody is more than welcome to play and even one of the bartenders gets into it and drums along either on his djembe or an upturned bucket. I have never once had a bad time here. The prices are among the lowest in the area and the people mame it an awesome spot to hang out.“
