“Was surprised that their brisket is no longer being smoked. Still seemed OK, but I used to go there for the smoked brisket. I can use a slow cooker & black iron skillet at home. So no reason to go back. I wonder if they changed cooks? Or if it is too much work to use a smoker. Oh well...“
