We stayed in Custer for two nights and ended up eating here both nights. They are one of the few places open on Sunday. Food and service was fantastic the both times we ate here - they adjusted their options for our picky children, which was greatly appreciated.
My family of 4 (2 kids) went to the Buglin' Bull for dinner. We were able to be seated right away and had great service throughout the evening. We all enjoyed our food (chicken fried steak, chicken crunch salad, boneless wings and a kid's cheeseburger). The kid's cheeseburger was undercooked, but they were super fast and replaced it with a new one that was cooked properly. We'll likely be returning during our trip here in Custer.
Bison burger was juicy and flavorful. Service was attentive and helpful, although there was a decent wait for the food. I counted 30 minutes after ordering before we got our food (two burgers). Restaurant was mostly empty too.
