I travel alot, and coming to Deadwood, I Highly recommend the Gulch. Rooms are VERY Clean, I think the Bed is better than my own at home, and they have FREE BREAKFAST! The Bonus is , I won 2000$ last time, and won 500 just walking to my room. It's not on the Strip, but WOW, Impressed.
What a little gem of a hotel. It is quiet and some rooms back up to the creek which is beautiful and serene. The service was excellent and the room was spotless and large and the king bed was SO comfortable. There is a Trolley that runs every 30 minutes to downtown and it costs $2/person. We would definitely stay again.
This is the second time I've stayed here and both times the staff has been very helpful and friendly, the rooms clean and quiet. And you can't beat the view from the rooms on the back side of the hotel.

Based on guest reviews, Deadwood Gulch Resort, Trademark Collection by Wyndham is a great place to stay with a nice casino inside the hotel. The resort smells clean as soon as you walk in the front door, and the rooms were clean and met expectations for the price. The whole complex is on a lively mountain stream, providing a nice place to relax after a day of touring. The staff was super friendly and customer focused. The restaurant, Agora, is attached and serves drinks, coffee, and pizza. The coffee in the restaurant was really good. A drawback is that there is not much for an eating place there, as the restaurant is very new and only offers pizza and an ok breakfast with fake eggs sandwiches. Parking is a bit limited. The gaming area is sparse with mostly slots and no table games. Overall, the stay was great and friendly.
