The Deadwood Gulch Resort, Trademark Collection by Wyndham provides a comfortable and convenient stay near the historic city of Lead. The resort features a casino, restaurant, fitness center, and hot tub, offering a variety of amenities for guests. It is located a short distance from the downtown area, where visitors can explore local casinos and attractions. The rooms at the resort are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds that many guests have praised as better than their own at home. Guests can enjoy the sound of the creek at night, especially in the upstairs creekside rooms, which are very quiet. The resort offers free breakfast, a popular perk, though some reviews have noted the absence of a full restaurant or Continental breakfast. While it is not directly on the main strip, it remains a good option for those seeking an affordable and relaxed stay, with the added bonus of occasional winnings at the on-site casino. The friendly staff and reasonable prices make it a suitable choice for exploring the Black Hills region. Guests have also appreciated the access to walking trails and the small gym that is sufficient for a great workout.
