I’ve been to every taco John’s in the black hills area and the deadwood location is by far the best! The food is always fresh. Best super potato oles I’ve had! The employees are always professional and polite. I go out of my way to go there! I eat there 3-4 times a week since I’m working up in deadwood. I’m very impressed!

This TJ's was very clean, and so was the restroom. My husband did not receive the food he ordered. The server took the tray and food back. When he returned, my husband's order was still not correct. All the hype for apple grandes being back for a limited time, was disappointing as well. This TJ's had a note on the menu that they were sold out. They did not remove any of the table cards advertising the apple grande.

When I tell you, I wanted so bad to like the food after the experience I had customer service wise, I’m telling you I wish I could. I purchased crunchy tacos, a nacho burrito, potato oles, and an order of Mexican donuts. The potatoes, and Mexican donuts were the highlight. The tacos did not taste good, and neither did the burrito. Hope this TacoJohns gets better quality ingredients, this unfortunately was a fail for me. I would not recommend coming here for tacos unfortunately.
