hotel is great, pool is nice, casino staff are super but the customer service from the guy at front desk was horrible. very rude, gave dirty looks the whole time and talked to me like I was stupid. would not honor handicapped accessible assistance even though it was requested when room was booked.

Apparently you need to bring your own towels to this hotel because if you get a tiny bit of makeup or dirt on their already trashed towels they will then charge you $40 because you “ruined” their towels! I will definitely leave Super 8 as my last choice from now on.
