“Lovely small town bar, great service and atmosphere. Cheap beer, didn't seem to be food available when I went but I didn't ask.I did have a pickled asparagus that was offered to me, that was good. I definitely recommend this place for anybody who likes the small town feel and cheap ”
“Rally-only review: I've driven past there for 20+ years and always meant to stop but never did. I'm glad that I finally made the time. Beer and wine only on-sale, some hard liquor off-sale. Friendly low-key place, nothing fancy and I liked it that way. I'll be back.”
“I am giving 5 stars because they had 1/2lb cheeseburger and fries for $10. It was very good. Not a fancy place, located on Highway 44. West of Rapid City SD. It was a handmade pattie, not premade round. The little general store also sells groceries. Do not go here if you are high maintenance. It is, definitely a little hole in the wall where people are hard working, kind and serve a mean cheeseburger.”
“Wow, what an experience first time coming here, the food was spectacular and The staff was above and beyond our expectations We will certainly be back!!!Kid-friendliness: They helped us out so much with a cake for my 10-year-old niece. It was her birthday, and they treated her like a queen.”
“I really enjoyed my night, There was a live band, the drinks were reasonable and the waitress was awesome! I didn't eat so I can't say anything about the food.. next time!”

“One of the few pieces of Americana and the only place in the black hills that emits the spirit of the land, kinship, and a place to fellowship while you breathe the last bit of truly clean air. Pull up here on a cool and crisp day and enjoy a cold one and a great conversation with the free denizens that cherish this place.”
