“I was there around 4:30pm today and after a long day if work for myself i was tired and I myself added something to one of my sub that I didn't want on my sub I asked for ranch that I didn't want on my sub and even after Bre put it on my sub and I said I messed up and didn't get want ranch on my sub she offered to fix my own mess up for me so that I got my sub the way I wanted it. Amd Jalen had great customer service and knew already that I wanted pop with my order and then I forgot to add my number for my rewards and he was very polite about fixing it for me so I could add my number for my rewards.. Both Jalen and Bre gave great customer service.. I just then to get recognized for giving great customer service.. It felt good to get that kind of service after a long exhausting day of work and you just want to go home and relax but want to grab food on your way home.. “Their chicken sandwiches are good, and the options they offer, types of cheese and toppings, bun types, etc are pretty far beyond other fast food places. The waffle fries are great and I love the lemonades. Extremely busy most days, makes me wish they had a more efficient location.“

“My husband, child & I had never been to Opa Time. We moved here in Summer of 2020. I heard the “devastating” outcry from the public when the fire happened & how they wanted it back and they’d miss it and everything so forth. I thought it was horrible that it happened for the owners & hoped they had insurance. Come to the re-opening I hear about people wrapped around the building & how they don’t have a big enough parking lot & how it was blocking off traffic because so many people wanted to go to opa time to try their food. I thought hmm this much be some good stuff. I better wait until the hype settles and give them a shot. Brings me to tonight when we went in at just the right time. Not a sole was in the restaurant. No drive thru, nothing. We got our food brought out to us by a very nice man. It was probably the best fast food establishment I’ve seen in my life. And I think Jim’s burger is pretty great on Pierce. It suddenly got so busy and in the rain the man went out to get someone’s order so it would be ready by the time they got to the window. Talk about top notch service. Five stars isn’t enough!!! We will be back & with TIP money next time because they deserve it.“

“This Culver’s that is the south location in the area is the closest to my house and in the Sergeant Bluff-Luton school district. Always nice to go buy take-home pints of ice cream like you do in a convenience store. And this one is very popular with DoorDash deliveries.“

Eight years and the lady at the second window (Forgive me, I don’t know her name) Always has the greatest customer service even memorized my order when I Came through the drive up. “Went through the drive thru. Always pleasant staff. A bit more expensive than other fast food, however, Culver's is on the higher end of fast food. I expect to wait around 10 to 15 minutes after ordering, and they will tell you this. The food is EXCELLENT! I will continue to return to Culver's without hesitation.“

“I was very pleased by the fact that they were one of the only restaurants that actually did what they said they would do. By giving a good portion size by filling up the cup of ole’s all the way full. Compared to McDonald’s only fills their French fries container half full. Also their employees are very friendly, and talkative, but they do need to lay off the salt a little bit on the ole’s. So I would definitely recommend this place to eat.“

“What can I say. It's DQ people. If you don't like DQ, then you need to lighten up on that diet you're on. If you're lactose intolerant, then I feel for you. Love the Peanut Buster Parfait, Dilly Bars, Chili Dogs, Blizzards, Shakes, and gotta have Ice Cream Cake for family B/Day's. Much more spendy these days but what isn't right. Great lunch specials, too.“

“I ordered online for delivery. Unfortunately, they pair with Door Dash. My food arrived 1 hour late, cold. The driver called me "Bro". I'm a grown woman. Your food is good, but not when it's cold. You need to have a pointed conversation with Door Dash about their drivers and the customer service they provide....or should I say, the customer service they DON'T provide.“

“Came in to eat today with my family. It was our 3rd year anniversary dinner. Never been to the restaurant before. Everything was great! We chose the spaghetti. It was a great choice! Tasted home made. All the staff were very nice. We will definitely be back.“

This one is the most festive during the Christmas season, lights and everything. This one is conveniently near Sneaky's and other places in this classic business district, and a great place to stop at just for a Frosty like it's an ice cream shop. This one is usually clean and well-kept. Seating is nice and comfy.“

“Usually, my go-to for quick Tex-Mex, but today, it was not a good day. I ordered 2 orders of refried beans. I was the only one in the drive-thru. Received my order and pulled into the parking lot to eat, and, unfortunately, received 2 bean burritos instead. Returned to the drive thru, and they quickly gave me my correct order and let me keep the 2 burritos, which was ok as I gave them to a friend. Will return. Probably just got into a hurry on this day.
