“Rosie’s is a family tradition going back generations. Literally. My dad and I would always come here when we visited my grandparents in south sioux. We always get the Canadian bacon and black olive pizza.

I’ve had pizza from all around the country. Even New York style and Chicago style. Both of which are fantastic, but every time I visit my family in Nebraska, we make it a point to make the drive from Omaha to Rosie’s. I now live in California and I would still travel to get a Rosie’s pizza.

The sauce is a nice balance of sweetness, they put the sauce all the way to the edge of the crust, they’re generous on topping portions, they use the slices of Canadian bacon and not the crappy diced version, and the seasoning they use is magical. I literally can’t say a bad word about it.

On top of all that, it’s crazy cheap for what you get. We had 3 people in our group and a large fed us all comfortably with drinks for under $30. In this economy??? Come on. You’re lying if you think there’s a better pizza spot out there. I would’ve taken a photo, but I ate it too quick. Sorry.“

“We love the pizza here! Had planned to eat inside because it said they closed at 9. Paid for our food and was then told the lobby closed in 10 minutes. We were there at 8:20pm. Would haven been nice to know that before we started our order, we live 30 minutes outside of town.“

A very thin crust, nice sauce, loads of pepperoni. I also tried a piece of fried chicken that was very nicely done. On a scale from 0-10, I would rate this 8.2.“

Look- Little Ceasars is a NO BRAINER - you always know what to expect pretty much every time. So, they're consistent! And also- people may not realize they use high quality ingredients. And OH, yah!! ANOTHER thing probably almost NOBODY knows about our local Little Ceasars is that instead of WASTING and throwing away the unsold hot
-n-ready pizzas LC donates them to the local homeless shelter. “I just received my delivery order. I was outside when the delivery guy pulled up so I met him at his car and signed for my items. He gave me my items and and offered to walk up and get the door for me because my hands were full. I told him it was ok, I could get it and thanked him. I turned around to pull my gate closed and he was already doing it for me before heading back to his car. Thanks for the great customer service tonight. That and friendliness is lacking at many places these days 😊“

“Always love going to Bob Roe’s when I have the opportunity. The wings and pizza are some of the best I’ve ever had.The pizza always has a good bake on it with crisp, slightly charred pepperoni.There are a few former Sioux Citians that I know that hit one of them every time they are back. I would recommend this place to anybody.“

“There have been some great changes at this store, #1 is the new general manager! She appreciates all of her employees and in return they take really good care of the customers!

Kid-friendliness: They have coloring pages and crayons to keep the kids busy while you wait for your pizza. They also have a TV in the lobby that can be changed to cartoons.“

“Drove all the way from Sioux Falls, SD to get Old Chicago. We had Jahni as our server. She was prompt, friendly, talkative. Our food was excellent. A tad sad they didn’t have spicy marinara, but above all great. Would recommend to anyone, and above all our service was excellent. Will definitely make the over an hour drive again for Old Chicago!“

“Came up from Fort Calhoun this evening. What an incredible experience. We ordered pizza and were comped cheese sticks and the salad bar. The cheese sticks were so cheesy and the marinara was so delicious. Everything on the salad bar was home made and so very delicious. The pizza came out and it was the best pizza we have ever had. “Great CSM!!! Perfect Pizzas, bread sticks, and boneless wings. CSM was so thoughtful and courteous. She carefully checked my entire order ensuring everything was correct. This would be what they originally looked and felt like, prior to the trendy sports bar and grill chains coming in.Place isn’t run down at all, but not terribly up to date either. It’s what you would expect an older lounge to look like. They are more known for their pizza here, but they do have burgers and wings etc. Theres several things to choose from.Couple different dining areas, and a bar in the middle. So you can choose to dine at a table, or sit right at the bar itself. You can get drinks at either location you choose.Service was good. Stayed on top of things, but without being pushy. Was friendly as well.We ordered a pizza and a chicken strip basket. The pizza was their Hawaiian Heat, which consists of Pepperoni, Italian sausage, onion, mushrooms, pineapple and jalapeño. The chicken strip basket was of course the strips and fries. The pizza had a healthy amount of toppings. Some places can make you feel short changed… especially with multiples. Here they did good to just pile them on. Chicken strips were good as well. Only complaint on the strips meal was there was no salt on the fries. And as most know, fries that come out fairly dry to the touch, don’t mix with granular salt. Just bounces off. Would have been good to have a little salt back when they first came out from cooking. But, considering no salt, they were still decent.“
