went through their drive-thru around 3:40 8/26 only ordered a sandwich and a float we were only third in line and we waited for half an hour and never reach the window.
This store needs to temporarily close until they can get the proper amount of staff cuz that's RIDICULOUS.
My hubby ordered the new Bacon Beef N Cheddar, less than half an hour ago, and got HALF A STRIP of bacon on his sandwich. Not happy at all. Service at this location seems to be in steady decline. I paid 15$ for a meal and his sandwich, and this is what he got. Seriously pissed. And on top of it, they tried to screw me out of my drink.
