Staff was not very attentive to customers ,it's like machines were working. No hello, food was fine but when they called out our sandwich was ready to go ,didn't put in bag had to ask for it , felt like we were just a link in a chain of tickets , I'm an executive chef myself and I always thank them for coming and welcome some one at the beginning, kindness goes a long way
Tasty as always! The Italian Toasted Sub was very good!
Never had a bad sub or wrap here. Always consistently quick and good. Price is a little higher in my opinion, but always a solid option.

Jimmy John's provides good food with professional staff in a clean environment, though there is a slight negative atmosphere at times. The staff are very friendly and quick, often preparing orders rapidly. One customer even mentioned that when they forgot their phone on the table, the order girl chased them down in the parking lot, demonstrating superior service. Despite some discrepancies with orders, such as being charged unnecessarily for cheese, the efficient delivery and overall experience are appreciated. The restaurant is known for its quick service, and many customers enjoy their meals, with some even visiting twice a day. The staff’s helpful attitude, especially when accommodating large orders like 120 sandwiches for an Elder's lunch, shows their dedication. Overall, Jimmy John's is a place where friendly service and fast food come together, making it a recommended choice.
