“I want to personally recommend The Bashful Bison to everyone I know. Today, they hosted a lunch for my department from work- 25 sandwiches in total with various chips and drinks. They went above and beyond for the event. Not only did they have everything ready when we got there, all the sandwiches were correct, served fresh, and were absolutely incredible. They made what could have been a stressful event very easy. I will be recommending them to every department/person I work with as well as all my friends. Added bonus, they were absolutely wonderful in accommodating a couple of special requests (vegan and condiment substitutions) as well having tasty vegetarian options.“

It was a good experience and I've been back since then, and they do seem to have some pretty unique beers, but it still just doesn't feel like a full 5/5.“

And I dont mean that the dishes were just good...they were GREAT!!! Romaine Wedge Salad...Brussel Sprouts...Bison Sliders...Crab Cakes. Ji5st delicious. And add to that how commited they are to local and sustainable ingredients. Got my business forever!“

The bartenders had a hell of a night and still managed to be on top of everyone's orders. There was a solid amount of people in there with a steady trickle throughout the night. I had delicious fish and chips and a truly tasty fruity sour beer. Our server, Sal, was so friendly and attentive, constantly checking on us and asking if everything was good. Prices were extremely reasonable for a hotel restaurant. I recommend this restaurant.“
