Starbucks in Rapid City

“I’ve been to a ton of different Starbucks, but this one was one of the nicest. I went in to order, and everyone was super friendly. They all seemed to support one another. Saige took my order and she was super nice and greeted me with a smile. Overall great experience!“

“Good little place recently built on the edge of town near new housing. It was clean inside and had a good vibe. Well thought out use of the outside patio with a nice view of the open field. Folks were nice to me. I got the tropical butterfly lemonade and a croissant for lunch cause I wanted some lemonade and it was too late in the day for coffee.
I was pleasantly surprised how good the drink was.

“Starbucks is Starbucks, but every once in a while you come across people that make a place that much better. I came to this location which has a nice atmosphere, and wanted to try something new. Lilly greeted me with a smile, and help me figure out a new drink to try. I think I have a new favorite drink. She was thoughtful and professional; I think more Starbucks people should be like her! Great work on finding good staff!!“

“when I arrive there, there was only a staff at the counter yesterday, he is really patient really busy. I appreciate him a lot, he needs to take care of so much stuff, but still really nice. met my needs and smile all the time. hope he is doing well!

“I realized after placing my drive-thru order that I had left my Wallet in my backpack at home after a long day of traveling. The staff on duty were very accommodating and friendly and made sure that I still received my drink. 10/10 service at this Starbucks.“
