“Granny’s Country Omelet … oh how I’ve missed you since the Council Bluffs location closed. Julio Jara is the best manager ever. The food today was delicious! The service was STELLAR. Chloe was friendly and attentive. The hostess greeted us with a warm smile and seated us . And the guy who checked us out (I neglected to get his name) was awesome too!! Give that boy some time off so he can go and explore the state he lives in!! 😂”

“I have been searching for pork jerky for months, and this was the spot on, the most amazing I have ever had!!! great price, great portion and the best tasting ever!!!! i had also been searching for authentic Thai curry with coconut milk and again - THE BEST!!!!! The coconut milk added the exact type of sweetness, and the flavors were savory with the perfect amount of heat! i did the green this time and I can't wait to try the other flavors!!!!”

“I don’t even know where to start with this place. If I were on death row and could choose a final meal, it would be from Lalibela. I’ve never eaten something there that wasn’t spectacular. The spice level is perfect, enough to warm up your lips but not too hot to overpower the perfect blend of spices. My only complaint is that I don’t live down the street from it anymore. BEST FOOD EVER!”

So pleasantly surprised and it hit all the things that make a cafe fabulous; great menu and service, staff were extremely friendly and helpful, food was excellent and priced just right. “Food is good, atmosphere is relaxed, nice variety of food and all sorts of drinks. I tried my first sushi burrito here on a skeptical whim and absolutely LOVED it. Hands down my favorite item now. Food is made as ordered, and wait time wasn't long, though I've only been in when they're only slightly busy and can't attest to how they are if they're super busy.”

“former employee - I was harassed and then groped by one of their line cooks. when I reported it, i was made to cry, blamed, asked why i didnt report it sooner (waited little more than a week, after the employee started bullying me even worse). had to sign something to say I would not speak about it to other employees. fired soon after due to retaliation. FACTS. Morries and Vangaard are horrible. In my opinion! sorry not sorry, being bullied and sexually assaulted is something you NEVER FORGET.”

“I went there today for the first time. I ordered the salmon BLT. They smoke the salmon in house. This sandwich was LOADED with salmon. Fresh tomatoes and perfectly cooked bacon brought this BLT together nicely. one of the best BLT's I've ever had. The staff was amazing and so nice. This was my first time there but definitely not my last. I can't wait to try the Nashville Hot chicken next! They even make the ketchup in house.... 5 out of 5 stars”
