“I've been following Gregg's Substation for quite a while on Facebook and FINALLY made the trip to Sioux Falls today to try it. Best cold sub I've ever had. Everything is so fresh and good!! I'm glad I was smart enough to get a big sandwich so I could have it twice. I definitely recommend 100% and I'll definitely be back whenever I get back to Sioux Falls!! Great job!“

“This was the worst Capriotti's I've ever been to in my life, and I've been to several in other states. The sandwich looked nothing like what you guys advertise as it barely had any meat on the sandwich and all it was was a tiny bit of chopped up pieces of ham, half inch pieces at best... that is not a classic Italian sandwich and I've had the sandwich in other states and it was fine. but I will never come back to this place and I do not recommend their place which is really disappointing. It seems Sioux Falls really struggles with their franchises here. Another recommendation is don't put the little bit of meat and cheese on the inside Edge where the two buns connect when you have the bun laid open so you have half the bun on the opening edge that has nothing (at least an inch or more) on it when you fold it in half. you guys sure made up for it for all the lettuce you put on it. that was the bulk of what the sandwich was. your sandwich looks nothing like what you advertise.“

Jalapeños were only on half the sub, however. Also, way too much lettuce. Overall, I'd get it again with less lettuce.
Miss Vickie's Sea Salt chips were lacking salt. Very oily and bland. The crunch was good, however.“

There is one particular employee that has been working there for years and he always goes above and beyond with his service. He's always smiling, and telling funny jokes. “I have been here several times. It's a Jimmy John's. They do have pretty fast service considering how many sub sandwiches they are making during lunch time. They usually get my order correct (no tomatoes) and possibly with onions, pickles, mustard etc. Their wraps are really good. They have run out of sweet tea, and lemonade. The place is a bit narrow as far as the dining area. The whole layout could be better.“

“I like how this subway is always clean. A teenager girl, I think her name tag said Aliyah took my order. She was very nice and polite! It was pretty busy when I was in there and noticed she was working hard, fast and efficiently! She was very professional and friendly too eventhough it was busy!

I am not a lover of sandwiches outside the home (there are things that I only eat at home as a Latina) and I confess that it is my first time in a Subway and it would be good if when saying that it is your first in a store they would guide you on how to order or what's in it.
