“Unique concept in Sioux Falls that I have not seen in other states. A take and bake pizza place. They make it up for you, wrap it, then you take it home and bake it. It's quite easy to bake, they give great directions. So it's simple and delicious. They have stock pizzas or you can create one yourself. You can order ahead and just pick up. They have specials on certain days of the week. I do think it's kind of funny that they are not necessarily less expensive than a big chain pizza. You pay about the same for the privilege of baking it yourself. Great to have on hand in the fridge though when you're running out of time and you need to throw something in for dinner.“

“I was recently in Sioux Falls for a long weekend and Roots of Brasil did not disappoint!! Wow!!!! We ordered a little bit of everything - including elote, frango risotto, greens and jerk chicken - and everything was SO good. The flavor profile was so robust yet not overpowering…. “I didn’t catch the ladies name but whomever she was, she was amazing and deserves recognition. She was working today around 1pm. She was friendly, welcoming, positive and she changed my day from bad to better. I showed up at the wrong location to pick up my order. But instead of telling me to drive across town (in a blizzard), she made the order for me fresh there, so I didn’t have to risk any unnecessary unsafe travel. Sometimes it’s the little things that make the difference. The restaurant was very clean and the pizza was delicious. Best customer service I have had in a LONG time.“

“Hot stuff pizza is always good. This particular person at this location did not fully cook my pizza, or the oven is not working the best. I tossed my pizza in the microwave for about a minute, and it was edible. If I was at home, I'd have put it in the oven for a few minutes!“
