“The food was great. The only drawback was had I not walked in the store before my order was made (online order) the sandwich maker would've not followed the requested directive I posted online to cut the sandwich into 4 pieces as it was for my 7 year old. Everything else was great.“

“I've been following Gregg's Substation for quite a while on Facebook and FINALLY made the trip to Sioux Falls today to try it. Best cold sub I've ever had. Everything is so fresh and good!! “I love the meal ideas, the wonderful attitude of the employees, the wooden tables and chairs in (European style restaurant) and the opportunity to sit and eat outside (when the weather/season is favorable. The music played is just for a background and allows to communicate and connect with whomever your sharing a meal with. I like the soups, and the salads and the sandwiches/wraps offered there.

Went there for lunch today, he was the only person running the place and he was handling business! He was running his buns off. Did it take a little longer? Well, yes because he was busy with no help. Was it delicious? 100%, yes as it always is. And not just the Philly Cheesesteaks, the Phried Chicken is the best around!

“We've ate at this place a several different times. My wife has a gluten allergy and so we do not eat out much. Jersey Mike's staff is awesome to even the point a lady named Casey called us up to make sure what she put on my wife's sandwich was safe for her to eat. I was more than impressed and it's nice to have a place where we can't eat and not have to worry as much.“

“This Pita Pit was awesome! Unfortunately the downtown location never got a chance to serve me because I left the drive thru after waiting 15 minutes to be helped at the ordering menu. I almost missed a great thing but decided to try this one when I came across it bc it was a different location

“Me and my family eat there a lot, like every Friday. Most of the time the food us really good well expect the fountain drinks but there is some days where the food could be better. I remember this one day the I got the #1 (my usual) and the bread was really gross and tasted burnt. I got a rootbeer with it and it tasted like watered down rootbeer I was not happy.Another day is when we decided to get it delivered and we don't live that far way, like a good mile but the guy took super long to deliver our food, I mean I get it you have other deliveries but he took over an hour and it said our food was on its way to our house for 30 minutes. So we called and the manager picked up and we told him the situation and he handled it very well and soon our food was there and it was delicious worth the wait ( mostly cause i was supper hungry)“

There is one particular employee that has been working there for years and he always goes above and beyond with his service. He's always smiling, and telling funny jokes. Always trying to get me to eat the jalapenos!!! GREAT STORE!!!!“

“We went in on a Wednesday night and it seemed like the two girls who were in there were very busy as it took a good while to get through the line. While we waited, they worked diligently and addressed people as they came in. What we quickly realized was that a lot of folks had ordered online via the app, however the orders were not coming to the store! These poor girls were having to rush make orders on the spot while also helping people who were walk in customers like ourselves. Considering how many people were effected, they handled the situation so well and really did what they could for everyone. Despite the difficulty and the wait people had, everyone was very understanding and no one took it out on the employees which is also a testament to the people who frequent this store and people who live in the area. While there were difficulties, the food was good and I believe those two girls deserve a bonus/pay bump/whatever good can be given to them as they were rock stars! I don't think our situation happens frequently but as it did happen while we were there, I can say these employees made our trip into the restaurant go smooth even with the troubles they faced.“

“I like how this subway is always clean. A teenager girl, I think her name tag said Aliyah took my order. She was very nice and polite! It was pretty busy when I was in there and noticed she was working hard, fast and efficiently! She was very professional and friendly too eventhough it was busy!

“We had a good experience with the staff and food. The gentleman who made my salad gave me what I asked for and then sprinkled more lettuce on top to finish it off. I was very pleased and it was just want I wanted. My husband said his sub was very good and he had no complaints. Overall very good Subway.“

“This subways is awesome. Is clean the manager Jared, José did an outstanding work and attended me with great service. Both of them are awesome employees and if I could I'd totally give 20 stars because my experience here was better than any other subways, in my opinion they should get a raise. Service was quick, fast and served just like I wanted it. Place was clean and super organized, I would most definitely come back to this location that so conveniently is inside walmart. “Accidently choose "sliced wheat" thinking it would be like the French bread just wheat. Sandwich got delivered and I pull out a monstrous sandwich (had extra protein and a bunch of freebies) on two little pieces of bread. Ate it like a normal sandwich, absolutely hilarious. You get what you order ?“

“The girl who attended us was very kind.
Very attentive and everything was super good.
The bathroom Very very very clean.
The order was quick and everything in the display case looked fresh and delicious.
I am not a lover of sandwiches outside the home (there are things that I only eat at home as a Latina) and I confess that it is my first time in a Subway and it would be good if when saying that it is your first in a store they would guide you on how to order or what's in it.
