“I bought 2 of flourless brownies from my local Hy-Vee here in Nebraska. I was simply impressed at the taste of it. Even though I got them frozen. Once they defrosted, I did have a bite frozen, both ways were delicious. The brownie was nice and moist. I can't wait to order more of your products and try more.”

The lady on the other end of the phone was so accommodating and pleasant even when I asked her to deliver ASAP (only because I knew he would be at work until 11, after that with class and it being his birthday who knew what the rest of the day would be for him.) I so appreciated what they did for me with the distance between here and there! Please support them when able!”

“I stopped in this afternoon to pick up some cookies before heading back to Sioux Falls. Amanda J greeted me with a huge smile. She was so friendly. She informed me that the cookies that I was ordering were actually classic versus deluxe and adjusted the order to ensure I was charged correctly.

My rewards barcode was giving her some issues. She apologized, advised that she was a newer employee, and stated that she wanted to make sure to resolve the issue. I appreciate her willingness to fix the issue and ask for help. She made a phone call and was able to resolve the issue quickly. She apologized once more for the delay, which wasn't needed but was appreciated :)

Amanda is an awesome new employee. Her customer service was top notch! I hope to run into her again on my next trip to Insomnia.

“I was at Jimmy Johns yesterday. We ordered 2 of the Vito sandwiches with all the freebies,(mayo,mustard, etc included) and only 2 hot peppers per sandwich. We can do spicy but not that spicy. The guy/gal at the window wasn’t very friendly when we requested our sandwiches be cut in half. So down the road we went only to find they didn’t cut them in half, they loaded both sandwiches with hot peppers, didn’t put any of the sauces or dressing on and I’m pretty sure I’ve never seen turkey on a Vito! Disappointed.”

I ordered a sesame bagel with cream cheese, and it was fantastic—the rich, nutty flavor actually reminded me of the sesame flatbreads back home. It’s such a great spot that I’ll definitely be coming back more often!”
