I walked in at approx. 6:37pm, to the server just starting the first sub of a large group that was standing in building. My sub order was printed out behind him, indicating he got the order before those customers walked in.
There were 3 other large groups behind that group, I assumed my sub would be made after he finished the first. He finished the first group and went on to the next, ignoring my order behind him, then due in 7 minutes (6:50). I asked him to wave at me...read full review
