the service is good and the food got delivered to our table
Picked up their dairy free dilly bars. Always a favourite in our vegan household. Staff was super friendly and helpful.
I visited the Dairy Queen store today in Prince Albert and was disappointed with the customer service experience. I had to wait around 15 minutes to receive my order, even though it was not very busy.
Additionally, the staff showed very poor hospitality. overall attitude felt unfriendly and unprofessional. Good customer service is important, and unfortunately my experience did not meet expectations.
