About Edo Japan

Edo Japan is a popular restaurant known for its tasty Japanese dishes and friendly service. Many customers appreciate the quick and attentive staff, who are generally described as friendly and accommodating. The restaurant offers a variety of meals, including teriyaki beef, yakisoba, and ramen, with some customers mentioning that rice is always a good option. The teriyaki noodle bowls are especially loved, with one customer noting that their daughter enjoys the meal because she can choose her preferred protein and veggies, and often finishes half in the restaurant and the rest at home. The Edo sauce is also highlighted as a favorite, with some joking that it’s like their drink.

Several reviews mention that the staff are very nice and serve food promptly. However, some customers have experienced less positive moments, such as a Filipina front staff member who seemed rude and sarcastic, especially when handling takeout requests or during first visits. One reviewer also shared that they received an extra bowl of broth with a sweet note when requesting less noodle and more broth for sick children, which was appreciated.

A common minor issue is the lack of cutlery, chopsticks, napkins, and soy sauce in takeout orders, suggesting that to-go bags could be better prepared. Overall, Edo Japan is seen as a place with good food and friendly service, despite occasional service inconsistencies.
