It was my first time dining at this restaurant last night. Although I am based in Saskatoon, I frequently travel to Regina for work and my children’s sports activities.
Growing up, Pinakbet was one of my favorite dishes. My mother is from Vigan, where Pinakbet is a specialty, so I am quite familiar with what authentic Pinakbet should taste like. I ordered it last night, and I must say — it was one of the best Pinakbet dishes I’ve had here in Canada. Truly outstanding!...read full review
