In my case, the consequences of a mistake were not life threatening, but the team were sure to check in repeatedly to ensure I was ok, offered replacement of product, comped my entire parties bill, and sent us home with a gift card and contact information in case of further troubles. They went above and beyond my expectations.“

“I goto Thai express regularly and always get a pad thai medium spice. Today I did the same and it was so spicy I couldn't even eat it. And I like spice... I dont usually visit this location and I assumed they would all be the same. Definitely not.“

Had a rice bowl and it was actually very tasty. Did wish they cut the lettuce so it would’ve been easier to chew and take bites of but otherwise the flavour and portion size was generous.

It’s always clean, not super busy. Staff is friendly and food comes fast.
