I’ve been to this Starbucks a few times, and the service is very hit or miss. Today, August 13 around 9:40 a.m., I ordered two drinks. One drink was made iced instead of hot, and when I pointed it out, the barista became defensive and repeatedly insisted to her coworker that I had said iced.

Stopped by the Starbucks in Regina’s Grasslands and they absolutely nailed my iced latte. It was made perfectly—smooth, refreshing, and exactly the way I ordered it. The staff were friendly, efficient, and had my drink ready in no time. Consistently great service and quality every visit. Definitely a five-star experience and one of my go-to Starbucks locations in Regina!
