“I've been to this location many times, and every visit has been a great experience. My hot drinks are always fresh, and my customized breakfast sandwich is always made exactly the way I order it. The staff are incredibly accommodating, friendly, fast, and accurate. They consistently provide excellent customer service, and it's clear they take pride in their work. Kudos to the whole team for always making my mornings better—keep up the fantastic work!“

“Before I came to the Shell Tim Horton location, I’ve had the worst experiences everywhere else. Winnipeg St and Ross Ave, forgot my order for about an hour so I brought my service to the Northgate shell Tim’s location and I’ve been amazed by the hospitality, love and respect I get from these amazing staffs. Now we are like family! They know my order as soon as I walk in and has never let me down. Always helpful and smiling even with some entitled customers. I’m also a free spirit, people person so I admire and cherish the service at this Tim’s location. I gladly recommend this Tim’s Horton to everyone! Bel“

“Great experience every time! The staff are always welcoming, greeting customers with a smile and providing fast, efficient service, even when the lineup is long. It's impressive how well the team keeps things moving while still making customers feel appreciated.

The coffee is hands down some of the best in Regina. If you've been disappointed with your coffee elsewhere, I'd definitely recommend giving this location a try.

“Great downtown location! The staff here are always moving fast and working hard, even when the morning and lunch rushes get packed with the downtown crowd. My coffee is always served hot and fresh, and the breakfast wraps are made right. Shoutout to the team here for keeping their energy up and staying friendly during the busiest times of the day.“

“Went late at night. Sky was clear, flowers in the field blew in the wind. My friends and I decided to drive through the drive through. A nice man greeted us and took our order. Once we had completed our order we mistakenly forgot a drink so went through once more. The same hero of a man was taking our order and helped us use our gift card. Unfortunately we forgot a drink and forgot to scan my Tim’s reward points card for a second time so went through again. Yo Ik so what they say, third times the charm. The third time a different employee answered our calls, so I had to ask for my favourite employee again. Fortunately he was there shortly to take our order. Once again his service was superb, his smile was out of this world, and his voice was angelic. He took our order once again as an outstanding staple of Tim’s service. We tried giving him a tip for his understanding and amazing service but he simply said “no problem, it’s my job”. People like him don’t come often, and when they do it’s a pleasure to speak with them. This was an experience to remember and I will most definitely be returning to this location when ever I have a craving of my beloved sparkling blackberry yuzu fruit quencher. 3 star for each time we went through the drive through and the other two for his amazing service. If there were more stars to give I would give them all.“

“I had a wonderful experience in here. I ordered grill cheese melt, fries and one tart. They gave me food fastly, i have no need to wait long. Moreover, grill cheese melt was so tasty, fries were crispy and tart was so good. I recommend you guys try pecan tart in Tim.
When i comeback to ask give me more ketchup, they were so kindly gave me a bunch of ketchup bags 🤗.

“I want to share my review from my last visit here i usually don’t get good service from the employees from other locations but here it was different a warm welcome with smile made me comfortable to order although i got wrong order but staff accepted the mistake and the supervisor named sehaj was so humble she not only gave me correct order but also handled the situation calmly. Great experience good quality food must visit location as compared to other locations based on behaviour and food quality too.“

“A huge shout out to Arnold for wonderful service every morning I come through the drive thru to get my Iced Cap made with oat milk! He is always so kind, helpful and happy! I look forward to saying hi to him in the mornings! He helps make my mornings great and I leave with a smile! :)“

“Only issue i have with this location is i went in to order, and i used my tims reward card. Well after scanning i realize it magically adds 4 cents for camp donations without asking you. I just imagine what they make without drive thru people knowing. Yes i know its only 4 cents but without permission is without permission“

“I'm not a fan of TH but they fulfill a basic need conveniently.
My only experience at this location was at the drive thru. It was highly efficient and accurate, to my amazement. I put-ordered but still has 4 vehicles ahead of me. My total time on site was under 3 min.“

“I’ve been there a few times and in the recent visit this Sunday, I got my order a bit messed up and when l told the staff about it and an employee named charmin calmly apologized and remade the correct order and also gave me a complementary donut at the window.“

“It has been fun and it’s nice to make a memory with my partner. We would get the special, Harry Potter collab: 3 mystery cards along with a drink. It’s been really fun.

Although, they did forget to give us a pack, when we told them that we didn’t get one additional pack, they gave it to us.

Their limited time blue drink? Lemonade is good too.

But I do not recommend their hazelnut coffee.“
