“We were here yesterday during Santa Claus parade, even the store was so busy all the staff was still smiling, attentive and accommodating. Specially GRACE SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL in the specials on the menu and helping me out how to use the offers on my app wisely. Will make sure comeback here and recommend this store to my friends and relatives.

Anyway, I must’ve been dreaming, because I thought I saw something strange outside, but it turns out I just fell asleep thinking about coffee again. I drive an old 2058 Honda Accord — the 68th edition — and let’s just say it’s not exactly a luxury ride! It’s the only non-electric car left on the planet, and it makes every drive an adventure.
Still, this Tim Hortons deserves 5 stars! I’d give it 6 if my car didn’t keep stalling on the way here. I may be rich in coffee spirit (even if not in horsepower), but one day I’m upgrading to the legendary 2086 Toyota Echo — I hear it’s top-tier and gas-powered. Yum yum!“

“Basically coffee shop, offering a variety of coffees, beverages, sandwiches, wraps, donuts, timbits and bakery items. Strategically located in downtown. Always much busy, including on new year's day. Staff is friendly and helpful. Should be vigilant of the beggars, sitting/ begging at their entrance. Frequent removal of ice from front ( entrance) is essential to eliminate chances of slipping.“
“Went late at night. Sky was clear, flowers in the field blew in the wind. My friends and I decided to drive through the drive through. A nice man greeted us and took our order. Once we had completed our order we mistakenly forgot a drink so went through once more. The same hero of a man was taking our order and helped us use our gift card. Unfortunately we forgot a drink and forgot to scan my Tim’s reward points card for a second time so went through again. Yo Ik so what they say, third times the charm. The third time a different employee answered our calls, so I had to ask for my favourite employee again. Fortunately he was there shortly to take our order. Once again his service was superb, his smile was out of this world, and his voice was angelic. He took our order once again as an outstanding staple of Tim’s service. We tried giving him a tip for his understanding and amazing service but he simply said “no problem, it’s my job”. People like him don’t come often, and when they do it’s a pleasure to speak with them. This was an experience to remember and I will most definitely be returning to this location when ever I have a craving of my beloved sparkling blackberry yuzu fruit quencher. 3 star for each time we went through the drive through and the other two for his amazing service. If there were more stars to give I would give them all.“
“Honestly, for the area and location, I am pretty impressed. The owner/ or supervisor I seen smarten up a couple junkies causing issues a while back. Kicked em out and caught them stealing! Finally someone taking charge at their restaurant/franchise. You do get the occasional guy sitting outside by the drive thru begging(hes out of sight of the cameras keep in mind!) Clean store. Clean kitchen/prep areas. And for how busy they are on a perfect location. It was fast, efficient, and smooth. Tbh... well done 5 stars.“
“I’ve been there a few times and in the recent visit this Sunday, I got my order a bit messed up and when l told the staff about it and an employee named charmin calmly apologized and remade the correct order and also gave me a complementary donut at the window.“
“This Tim Hortons surprised me. The turkey bacon club, with wedges, arrived not only quickly, but the wedges were fully cooked and crispy. Most 'busy' Tim Hortons I find have wedges that are slightly undercooked because they are rushing them out which doesn't allow for time for them to become crispy. The turkey bacon was a surprise too. The sandwich had bread that wasn't chewy, or dried out. Which is 4 out of 5 'busy' Tim Hortons where they butter the bread to hide either the dryness or the chewyness. The bread was toasted and the sandwich was put together perfectly. No need to pull over, and reassemble my sandwich.“

“I had such a wonderful experience at Tim Hortons on Prince of Wales Drive in Regina with Jasvir kaur .I genuinely felt it deserves a detailed appreciation. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and very well organized.
