“Excellent food and staff is very nice“

“Great food as always. Love the make your own burger bar,the gf buns and the sauces and drinks. Only thing that is a bit weird is the location of the bathrooms. You have to squeeze through the tables in the very middle of the restaurant to get through. Its not convenient and anyone in a wheelchair would have a hard time getting through. The tables dont even show a clear path. It was very uncomfortable to be that close to diners and have to squeeze around them to get to and from the bathroom. This should be looked into. Yes there needs to be more space as this is a popular space but as a diner I would not want to be sitting this close to the bathroom either. This is my only complaint. Otherwise my family had a good time.“

“My friend really likes Harvey’s so we usually go there for a meal. We like the burgers, sauces and its uniqueness. It is in the university campus. We go downstairs from the student centre building and you can find this in the basement. It has its own Harv sauce and we both tried that.
The staff is friendly, the food is prepared when you order, custom made, juicy and great.“

“We went for 25th December 2025 Christmas breakfast and brunch. For two people it cost around 90 CAD with tips and drinks. Even though it was a buffet, the drinks were separate. Lovely spread and only one pancake and waffle station so you had to wait your turn, when it’s 50+ people it’s a long wait. There is paid and free parking so that’s fun.“

“Dined at the mall for dinner this evening and ordered the Cheddar Bacon Uncle Burger with a small root beer ($14). The lady who took my order was kind and thorough enough to tell me it would be a 12 minute wait. Once the food was ready she called my name and thanked me for waiting. The burger was delicious and comparable to a restaurant-style burger. Highly recommend!“

“I went to this location for lunch last Saturday. It was fairly busy but the service remained good. I ordered chicken strips with fries, gravy, and root beer. The wait was approximately 10 minutes and the food was served piping hot (and was delicious). Adding gravy to their fries is a game changer - highly recommend!“

“Couple months ago we went here for lunch. Really busy, and staff were dealing with some issue behind the counter. We ordered and waited to be called. It was a little longer than would be expected but eventually our number came up. When my child went to get the food, staff returned our money, and apologized profusely for our order taking too long. We spoke to the manager after to thank her and she again apologized.

The food was great as always but this act of generosity was exceptional. The staff really cared about deliver of service, hence, recognizing an issue and dealing with it. It is refreshing knowing in this day and age, in this city some people actually do care and take pride in their deliver of service“

“I was craving a traditional tropical smoothie and unfortunately for me, it is no longer on the menu. I asked the woman working this morning if she had any idea on if it would would be an option to make it. She went above and beyond to mix and match some of the flavours and absolutely nailed it. She was so sweet to take this really random request from me.“

“The chicken fingers were cooked well I was happy about that - I find too many places undercook. However the poutine fries were not only undercooked but were obviously sitting awhile. It was 9pm and they probably didn't want to make fresh fries, but still. Also just a suggestion - they need to add more ice in the drinks!! They do it manually (no ice machine) so there was like 5 ice cubes, which means it just melts instantly. You need a couple scoops of ice!!! So the pop was fairly warm because they barely use ice so you have to ask for extra ice. Also maybe it's just me but I think they gave me a mini blizzard instead of a small. The strawberry shake was good. The staff was nice and clean.“

The burger tasted good and the ingredients seemed decent, but everything came out only lukewarm and the fries weren’t very crisp. Service was friendly, though it took longer than expected for a fairly simple order, and the dining area felt a little hectic during the rush.“
