“We stayed at Park Town Hotel during our Saskatchewan road trip and decided to try their brunch buffet for my son’s birthday celebration.

To be honest, as a hotelier myself, I didn’t go in with sky-high expectations. I mean, how much can you really put on a brunch buffet besides the usual eggs, bacon, and pastries?

Well… oh boy, was I wrong. 😂

I was expecting the regular breakfast spread, but apparently, this brunch had other plans. Aside from the breakfast favourites, they also had an impressive selection of lunch items—from cold seafood and fresh salads to roast beef and even sushi! And then there was the crepe, waffle, and pancake station, which was a definite crowd favourite.

For the price we paid, it was absolutely worth it. This was not your “grab some eggs and call it brunch” kind of buffet. Come hungry—and maybe wear pants with a little extra room. 😂

A special shout-out to Mary Grace for her top-notch service! We were a group of 13 celebrating my son's birthday, and if you've ever travelled or dined with a group that size, you can probably imagine the chaos, requests, questions, and occasional “Can we get one more…?” moments. 😂 But Mary Grace handled everything patiently, professionally, and with a smile.

She even arranged a small cake for my son, which was such a thoughtful and personal touch. Those little gestures truly make a difference.

Overall, we had a wonderful birthday celebration, great food, and excellent service. For anyone considering the brunch buffet at Four Seasons, I highly recommend giving it a try.“

“he screens are huge, the beer is cold (the Canadian is $5 a pint!) and the waiting staff are just lovely. I had a $19 house burger and fries that was delicious and filling. No one else comes close.

The wait was approximately 10 minutes and the food was served piping hot (and was delicious). Adding gravy to their fries is a game changer - highly recommend!“

“Couple months ago we went here for lunch. Really busy, and staff were dealing with some issue behind the counter. We ordered and waited to be called. It was a little longer than would be expected but eventually our number came up. When my child went to get the food, staff returned our money, and apologized profusely for our order taking too long. We spoke to the manager after to thank her and she again apologized.

The food was great as always but this act of generosity was exceptional. The staff really cared about deliver of service, hence, recognizing an issue and dealing with it. It is refreshing knowing in this day and age, in this city some people actually do care and take pride in their deliver of service“

“The chicken fingers were cooked well I was happy about that - I find too many places undercook. However the poutine fries were not only undercooked but were obviously sitting awhile. It was 9pm and they probably didn't want to make fresh fries, but still. Also just a suggestion - they need to add more ice in the drinks!! They do it manually (no ice machine) so there was like 5 ice cubes, which means it just melts instantly. You need a couple scoops of ice!!! So the pop was fairly warm because they barely use ice so you have to ask for extra ice. Also maybe it's just me but I think they gave me a mini blizzard instead of a small. The strawberry shake was good. The staff was nice and clean.“
