We found the bison carpaccio outstanding (10/10 would eat again many times), along with the bison ribs main course. But the lavender honey lemon posset for dessert was amazing. Herbs are grown and harvested from a rooftop garden and are used liberally (if sometimes repeatedly) as garnishes and within the dishes. The wine list is extensive and it is my understanding that it is personally chosen by the chef and his partner (often during trips abroad), so you can expect to find some interesting bottles from regions like Bordeaux's Entre-deux-Mers for example. Be sure to check out the cocktail bar, Parlor, upstairs for creative libations to lead you beautifully into your dinner. Worth a stop.“

“The food is good. Real good. Home made buns and great burgers. There's alot going on in here and it's pretty neat. You can even buy the burger patties and cook them at home. There's pies, milkshakes, fresh baked goods...
The fresh produce stand to deck out your burgers feels like a way to strengthen your immune system but everything seems fresh and high quality.
Even on a random weeknight it's chaos inside, there's alot of noise and there is a lot of tables shoe horned into the place for maximum coinage. You will struggle to pass between tables.
But it's a Saskatoon staple so it's busy for a reason. Also the staff is good. They're tougher than me because she gets wild in there.“

Heads up, 10am onward is usually the brunch rush so make sure to put yourself on the virtual waiting list so you're not waiting in line.“

“Came here with some friends because I really was curious about the menu.
The atmosphere is like an Irish pub vibe, older pub but decorated in that consistent manner.
Booths, bar stools & seats and tables.
Table service available you just pick your seat and the server will come.
There’s also a patio but it wasn’t open when we went.
The menu is AWESOME. It’s got some hipster vibes- unique salads and ideas and all sorts of fun menu items as well as traditional bar food. It’s also got some vegetarian options which is great to see.
The service was also phenomenal. Lots of laughs, jovial conversation to be had.
A long list of drink options to suit your fancy.
I had the most amazing salad. I ordered a second chicken breast and it was perfect. The right amount of seasoning and super moist and flavourful. Perfect chicken breast.
We also shared a calamari which was very good as well. My only gripe was how loud it was. If it wasn’t people shouting at one another to hear each other, it was the music turned up to have a consistent high level of background noise. We wanted to be able to chat and had some difficulty with it.

Otherwise I thoroughly enjoyed it here.“

I'm addicted to their food, when I told my son about how good the food is, he said that he has to try as he think I make best donair. After trying their food he said, Dad, you make good donair, but this is super, it is next level.

“I was in the neighbourhood and wanted a quick bite so I stopped by and quite enjoyed the food! It’s a fairly small place and there were only one other table so it was quiet. I got my food quick (chicken pho with no beansprouts and onions) with a side of Vietnamese roll. Service was good too!“

“Another excellent experience at Bon Temps! Ordered a variety or appetizers including the seafood beignets (my favourite appetizer), pimento cheese dip with fresh baguette, shrimp bruschetta, hush puppies, crab cakes and the Bang Bang shrimp! Entre was a BBQ brisket Po Boy with side of mac and cheese! All the food was so fresh and delicious as well as having a nice kick to it! For dessert, beignets and bread pudding which were both delicious! Although the beignets were top notch, I have to give it to the bread pudding... the sauce on top of it was so tasty and worked great with the consistency of the bread pudding! What I love about this place is how unique the ambience and decor is as well as the Cajun creole style of food! Service was friendly and efficient! This wasn't my first time here and it won't be my last time here either!“
